I ordered butter chicken and butter paneer.
Both were horrible. Both dishes were supposed to be cooked in butter; however, one could smell coconut oil from a mile away.
Flavour: Horrible flavour. Both dishes were sweeter than dessert. And I am not exaggerating.
Rice and nan: Their nan bread is absolutely delicious. Very fluffy, soft and delicious.
I said thank you to the person in the window, and she responded with a “ahan”
Also, it is a drive-through, and not a restaurant.

Not good food
I ordered Chicken Tika Masala, Okra fry and butter nan and they were all excellent. The people were friendly. I will definitely be going back often because I love Indian food and this place has good food.
I recently moved to Albany and was excited to try the local Indian cuisine, but unfortunately, this restaurant didn’t meet my expectations. The dishes were overly sweet, with the curry having a watery, soup-like consistency. The naan tasted and looked store-bought rather than freshly made, and the portion sizes were quite small. It's disappointing that this is the only Indian restaurant in Albany, Georgia.
Horrible experience I order paneer is so sweet I feel I eat some sweet dishes
And I order chicken tikka masala is so bad no taste at all
Pl don’t order paneer or chicken tikka masala
The food here is so good and at a fraction of the cost. Normally on an outing with a friend or for 2 it costs 120$ at these restaurants in Florida and Atlanta. And if you are a family of four expect spending 300-450$. Indian food has been pricey as everything is real and not Burger King or McDonald’s so it might take them 25-30 min to prepare a dish. Indian food is real food and real food takes time to cook. I don’t know about the lady down there from Fl writing an article damaging our community culture and business when it was her one off trip, Love and kindness comes with words that are positive not negative and you clearly aren’t well wisher. Go anywhere else it’s 35$-50$ per person. Here you get loads of food 4 can eat at the same price. So you have to see how they’re benefiting the society with taking losses or barely any profit. I urge the local community to support the local businesses under such untruthful reviews which are one time off. I’m sorry you had to have a comment like that. Good luck and we pray your business blesses the community.
First, I love that it is genuinely family owned. Secondly, the flavor is so consistent and ALWAYS amazing. I find myself going 2-3 times a week. I’ve had the Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Curry Lamb, garlic naan, and lemon rice. 🔥🔥 every time. Best wishes of continued success for this family.

Each time I go there, (more than 5) , the food is tasty and piping hot. Most of the dishes are spicy. The butter chicken curry is mild.
Be careful and ask for clarification.

The chicken and potato curry is really good but the butter chicken is not. The butter chicken tastes like they dumped a truck load of sugar in it. I've never had it taste that sweet from anywhere else. I wanted to taste some other things but now I'm terrified it's all going to be weirdly sweet. The menu only has certain items available on certain days but that's not specified anywhere which is frustrating. I ordered a large drink and it was only filled half way with a little ice. This place is ok if you're really craving Indian.

Samuel is a great owner. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Very friendly people working. Very delicious food. We had curry goat, rice and garlic naan.
Jessi's takeout food is excellent and delicious; it's always a real treat when I get it. The Chicken Tikka Masala and the Butter Chicken Curry are my favorites. This place deserves to stay on the map!

First time going and ordered the butter chicken. Guys! Hello! Sooooo good!!!! I’ve been craving it so bad. It’s sweet with an ever slight kick in the back of your throat. If you’re scared of curry overload this dish is for you. It’s very mild in the background. Also, you get enough for two people to share. It was maybe $12. Plus you can easily reuse the containers. The ladies running this place were very friendly. You guys should support them please.
