Just got scammed by Jimmy Johns!! Says there's a special with buying an 8 inch sandwich comes with free chips and drink! That's a lie! I called in before placing any orders to find out if this location was a participating store with this special!! Dumbo said it was but failed to mention would need to come in or order over the phone! So thinking it was all good to place the order online, did so!! Then only to find out when picking up the sandwiches there's no free drinks or chips because the order had been placed online!! It's deceitful since no one mentioned it before placing the order! What does it matter anyway the special is clear order an 8 inch sandwich receive free drink and chips but it wasn't honored because it was placed online!! After working all day, I shouldn't have to deal with stupidity, if you have a promotion you should honor it bottom line!! One and last time you scam me Jimmy Johns!! I will be reporting this because it isn't right to do this to your customers!! That includes BBB

Food was just okay. Employees seemed apathetic to everything. You're better off going across the street to Publix and going to the deli there and getting a much better sub.

Traveled to Albany, GA for work. Looked at the Jimmy John’s website and saw that it closed at 9. I tried to make it there before they closed. As soon as I parked, I hop out of the car and walk up to the door at 8:48 (employees are inside, lights are on) and when I go to open the door it’s locked. The employees inside completely avoided eye contact with me then shut the lights off at 8:51. I definitely won’t be back to this Jimmy John’s again.

Ordered through app. Unfortunatetly, on arrival, they were out of Tuna I ordered, but they were extremely flexible about swapping out for another sandwich without any extra cost...
Had to wait a few moments, so they offered a free drink while waiting. The wait was almost non existent as they finished the two sandwhiches in just 1-2 minutes. They definetly earned their freaky fast stars today!
Extremely courteous staff, great interior atmosphere, overall very nice setting and unusally inviting and relaxing. Staff's demeanor and handling of the situation alone is enough to warrant a great review. Thumbs up!
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spot with ramp directly in front of door.
Handicap spot is not really wide enough to properly exit vehicle from drivers side...ideally the handicap spot would be wider and on the right instead of left.
