Every time I visit this kfc I have an issue. They always get my order wrong or don't have the right items to fulfill an order

If I could leave no stars I would. I had to wait on food to be cooked and when I got it. It was wrong they tried to give me something I am allergic too I told them about my food allergies when I ordered it and the girl at the drive Thur had a nasty attitude. She doesn’t need to work in the food industry. How can you be out of chicken and it’s a chicken place. We got there at 8:45

The last couple of times I placed a on-line order there have been problems. This Latest order I made on October 1, 2024, got to the restaurant to pick it up and was told they were out CHICKEN really. The time before that they didn't make the order until I arrived which I had already paid for. This location just has really bad customer service and rude team members.
Sold us rotten 4 piece chicken dinner. Has to return it. Stunk up our house just for the few minutes it was opened.

It's Kentucky fried Chicken so it's the same no matter where you go but as a whole the definitely are not as good as they used to be but this location in particular takes a long time for your order no matter what but they make it to order pretty much and you're guaranteed pretty much get it fresh and hot but it just takes forever

Went to KFC today, 2024-06-18, 4:47PM to order a 16 piece chicken and 16 piece chicken tender for dinner tonight. The young man at the window was very cordial. I was asked to wait 20 minutes for them to have some ready. I waited. Not only that, but I received the worst chicken order I have ever gotten from KFC. The attached pictures tell the rest of the story.
