Every time I visit this kfc I have an issue. They always get my order wrong or don't have the right items to fulfill an order

If I could leave no stars I would. I had to wait on food to be cooked and when I got it. It was wrong they tried to give me something I am allergic too I told them about my food allergies when I ordered it and the girl at the drive Thur had a nasty attitude. She doesn’t need to work in the food industry. How can you be out of chicken and it’s a chicken place. We got there at 8:45

The last couple of times I placed a on-line order there have been problems. This Latest order I made on October 1, 2024, got to the restaurant to pick it up and was told they were out CHICKEN really. The time before that they didn't make the order until I arrived which I had already paid for. This location just has really bad customer service and rude team members.

It's Kentucky fried Chicken so it's the same no matter where you go but as a whole the definitely are not as good as they used to be but this location in particular takes a long time for your order no matter what but they make it to order pretty much and you're guaranteed pretty much get it fresh and hot but it just takes forever
