The young lady at drive thru(Elnora) was very rude, she did not say hi or thank you, she just gave our order out the window and closed it. She may have had a bad day, but she needs to stay at home and not be rude to the customers. The drive through is very tight need to be wider.Parking: The drive thru is to tight need to be wider

I keep giving fast food chains a chance, but they always fail! This KFC location has gotten me sick multiple times either the staff are filthy or the food is bad perhaps it's both! After having their food again I threw up all day and had the worst headache for 3 days! This place should be condemned. I truly hate how people in the food industry don't take their jobs seriously and cause bigger health concerns.
The food at this KFC is dependable, reliable, and I always have enjoyed the flavor of the gravy, as well as the coleslaw.My daughter and I BOTH enjoy the extra crispy chicken.I only give them 3 because they hurry too fast and forget the important extras more often than they remember them. Almost no napkins EVER. I don't want to include in EVERY review the explanation by the DoorDash Customer Service Support that these extras are the responsibility of the restaurant and should be automatic.One thing that I would ALWAYS give them EXTRA credit for is always giving me extra gravy. I'm a lotta gravy girl. I usually make a serving of my own mashed with the leftover gravy!! The Coleslaw tastes so good that people call me for my recipe. I don't lie!

Told us to pull to front of building to get order. Waited 30 minutes for them still to not bring out the food. Manager got mad at us when we asked for refund.

When we frist got to town. The staff were okay they made me repeat like 5 times we had to be parked and waited about 30 minutes to get not all the correct order. The girl taking the payment just took the card and just said the total an closed the window. Not so friendly as long johns.
