The service was absolutely terrible. The restaurant was super slow and was not filled with customers. In my mind, I thought we would have great service and be in and out. It took several minutes to be seated and the server did not check on us at all, no would you like more water, can I get you anything, how is your meal, nothing. I ordered a glass of wine that never came. I asked if we could get a side of ranch and was told there is an extra charge. Since clearly things would be moving slow I went to the bar to ask for the check, which also took several minutes to obtain. The food was okay, nothing spectacular, except the fries and onion rings, which were good and large portions. It was a disappointing experience.

We came to this King Claw as it was recommendation from my family. We were traveling from Kansas for a funeral and didn’t know what to expect. We were seated immediately and our waitress was extremely attentive. We received our drinks and ordered appetizers. We received our appetizers and our server advised that they were waiting for the catfish to thaw and it would be another 15 minutes. We didn’t mind because we were catching up with our family. Two and 1/2 hours later we never got our food and the excuse we received was that the cook went on break. This is unacceptable and shouldn’t have happened. We paid our bill, tipped our server and left. It seems they were more concerned with carry out/door dash orders than the actual customer in the restaurant. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were never offer a discount for the inconvenience. I would highly not recommend.

Whether I'm getting my boils to go or dining in, King Claw never disappoints! For the most part, and depending on what all you get, everything is reasonably priced. The service is good and the drinks are even better.

The food was ok. Kind of mediocre. For the price I expected more. You just charge too much for average food. I spent $60 and I wasn't impressed. I also felt bad for the bartender. One girl working a full bar by herself and waitressing?

I visited King Claw on yesterday and ordered food to go. Once I got home, I realized they placed an entire claw that was nothing but the shell. There was absolutely no meat inside the entire claw. I called back the next day to notify them, and they refused to replace or give a refund. The first time I called, a male hung up in my face. The second time I called, I was then informed by the manager that I would not be given a refund nor replacement due to me not calling that night. I informed her that I ate my food the following morning, and that’s when I discovered the empty shell. The manager still refused. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this location as they prioritize profit over good and fair customer service. The people that I spoke with over the phone were extremely unprofessional.

This is a laid back and fun place to take your family. They have a live DJ ,and they do activities like bingo . It's very family oriented!
