The girls that work here don't like to take orders over the phone. I just called, she answered, said nothing in response to me saying what I want, and left the phone off of the hook. I got a busy tone when I tried to call back. Passed by 2 minutes later. Noone is in the parking lot or drive thru.

The food is great! Called the business an hour before closing NUMEROUS times. The line was busy. Arrived to the business, asked the lady at the register do they stop answering the phone at a certain time. She stated that âshe doesnât answer the phone when sheâs by herselfâ very rudely. As Iâm standing outside, I noticed this same lady on her PERSONAL phone. This is why businesses are loosing customers. Yall need to do better!

I went here with the intention of eating some ? Honey Hot Wings. I was disappointed. The chicken tasted like water?THIS JUST ONLY MY EXPERIENCE so go try it to get your own personal one.
This business produces great food, but the customer service is AWFUL. This woman treats African American people like scum, and I can never understand it because we are in a predominantly African American community. I called to place an order three times as I mentioned in my video⊠and each time she would answer, say sheâs busy, and then hang up, and when I confronted her about basic human interaction and customer service, she just shrug it off. This is very well most likely be my last purchase from this company.

This is my husband hometown we were visiting family yesterday and came back to where he use to go to eat which was here at this place.We ordered lemon pepper wings and garlic Parmesan wings,man the wings were tiny,old,smelled like they were old soaked in grease or something.I was afraid it would make me sick or get poisoned.The Chinese lady at the window made a sarcastic remark to my husband and little did she know who she was dealing with.I cursed her out at the window and gotten out my car cos I bucked.She did realize she was wrong apologized and gave him the order respectfully afterwards and abliged with thank you sir.Establishment looked poorly from outside as if abandoned.Black people use to own it he says don't know what happened.But you have to be careful how you talk to people not everyone is quite and she learned that quickly by my reaction!We ended up throwing the food in the garbage and went somewhere else to eat before heading back to FLA/Alabama where we have southern hospitality.

Pull around to the window to order and the lady rushed us to order, didnât know a price, had a bad attitude, rude, etc. you expect business you need to show customer service. Will not be getting my services ever!!! I politely pulled off. How you donât know your prices!!!!
