I have been living in Albany for a year and struggled to find a good Wing spot ! It was not until I was recommended to BTJ from a colleague that I decided to check it out and boy, did it not disappoint. I have a strong dislike for big wings and their wings are small, so that was perfect. I was greeted when I first walked in and my food was fresh when it was given to me. I will definitely be back and I'm so happy that I gave this restaurant a try.

Great Philly cheese steak! Fries are ok if you add the seasoning salt. Like how they show you your food before you leave. Would go again for the Philly. Will definitely try the wings next time.

I went in there and had to wait 30 mins for 12 wings while a man come in maybe 20 mins after me order 100 wings and got his food first this is ridiculous. Never will I ever be coming to this place again.

This place has some of the tastiest wings in town... hands down! But sadly, the customer service can be the poorest ever... and not from the staff, but from the owner and his son. I learned the hard way after ordering the garlic parmesan wings that you must differentiate between "wet" or "dry." I've lived in the area for less than a year but ordered the same order once a week for about 5 months and they were always in a sauce/"wet" without me knowing to ask for them that way. One day on my lunch break, I ordered them as per usual, but received them plain, no seasoning or garlic sauce, just dry with parmesan sprinkled on them.They have no idea what customer service means. They wanted me to bring the wings back to the restaurant to replace the order. I brought them back twice and both times they attempted to give me the same wings back. TWICE!!! First they gave the same wings back to me...the exact same way, claiming that's how they come. I didn't realize until I got back to the office. I drove back and the lady at the counter agreed that they didn't look like they should. So they sauced the SAME wings, and again, gave them back to me. I noticed this while driving away.I turned around and went back yet again. This time, they took the wings and the owner brought out a fresh order... but he was mad at me! He told me to check the order in front of him and told me not to bring them back again. The. Entire. Nerve. Explain how you can be upset with someone when YOU F*CK UP! I will not be returning to an establishment that feels like this is ok.

Went in wanting wings but they were all out. Got the Philly cheese steak instead and it was delicious. Hopefully chicken delivery will come in soon.
