The doughnuts are good but I am disappointed that this location doesn’t participate in some of the promotions that are advertised nationally. For example I went the day before Valentine’s Day and they were not making the heart shaped doughnuts. Also I went on my birthday to get the 3 free doughnuts I was offered in the app but I was told they didn’t participate in that promotion.

I have not been to a Krispy Kreme in decades. This place was exactly as I remember them. Well, there were some differences. The employee left me standing out front several minutes. I heard her talking to the other person about me. So, she knew I was there. The case of donuts didn't have nearly as many varieties as it should have. But, the hot Krispy Kreme donut melted in my mouth, and tasted better than I remembered.

Don't place an online order with any expections of it being ready. After having placed the order hours earlier I arrived at the time of pickup to find out they weren't aware of my order as they'd not looked. By that that time they were out of what I ordered. Cashier couldn't process refund credit to my card. I had to contact my credit card issuer to reverse the charge. Update: Owner, see above for details. Credit card issuer handled it.

I ordered a dozen of the special glazed donuts with the hole and chocolate/cream filling in them on 1-17-25. I arrived to at Krispy Kreme because they said the order was ready. Once I arrived I was told they don't have those type of special donuts at that location. So I requested to have the order cancelled and a refund. The worker advised me the manager had just left and would be back later and she would give her my number to call me and do the refund because she's the only one that can do it. Three days went by and I never received a call. So I called back and once again the manager had just left and they would give her my number but no call that day. So Tuesday 1-21 I called again and was told the manager just left. I called back late that day but this time I was told that the manager only works Thursdays. Called twice Thursday and left my number. Was told the second time there was already a note on the desk to call my number. Then I asked for the manager email or corporate number was denied both and told to call back tomorrow (Friday) because she would be in. Well it's Friday 1-24-25 and I've called three times and was told the manager just left call back in 2hr. At this point I may have to have my bank get involved because they have changed me and I never received anything.

I ordered cinnamon rolls at 709 pm they said they didn't have what I wanted so they told me to come in the morning at 9 am my husband been waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours for 8 cinnamon rolls. Then they don't have nothing to dink except coffee and hot chocolate. No water no soda no nothing . They keep offering me other stuff since the wait but that isn't doing any better because I been waiting for the other stuff they are trying to give me . I've never waited this long for cinnamon rolls in my life. I'm disappointed and not happy at all. And as I'm writing this he still in there waiting and it's 1133 in the afternoon smh
