The doughnuts are good but I am disappointed that this location doesn’t participate in some of the promotions that are advertised nationally. For example I went the day before Valentine’s Day and they were not making the heart shaped doughnuts. Also I went on my birthday to get the 3 free doughnuts I was offered in the app but I was told they didn’t participate in that promotion.
I have not been to a Krispy Kreme in decades. This place was exactly as I remember them. Well, there were some differences. The employee left me standing out front several minutes. I heard her talking to the other person about me. So, she knew I was there. The case of donuts didn't have nearly as many varieties as it should have. But, the hot Krispy Kreme donut melted in my mouth, and tasted better than I remembered.
I ordered a dozen of the special glazed donuts with the hole and chocolate/cream filling in them on 1-17-25. I arrived to at Krispy Kreme because they said the order was ready. Once I arrived I was told they don't have those type of special donuts at that location. So I requested to have the order cancelled and a refund. The worker advised me the manager had just left and would be back later and she would give her my number to call me and do the refund because she's...
