Look, I don't know who they are, but I am speaking specifically about the two employees that worked the evening of August 2, 2025. They were super short staffed. The man working the counter was running endlessly between the front counter and the window, taking orders and serving food, while a lady cooked furiously. Even still, our order was taken and our food to us in a timely manner, the employees were professional and even offered humor and joked with us. These two are star employees and management needs to understand this.

I paid for cold food after i had to pull up and wait for it. Bread was hard and customer service is poor. It's not usually that way when i visit that location.
We were traveling from FL to MS. We were the only customers there at the time. These were the best Krystals I have had in a long time. They were made they way I remember. Thank you!

I ordered 2 krystal cheeseburgers with as few onions as possible. I also ordered one order of hot fresh fries and 1 chili cheese pup. The person At the window ask me to pull forward to the door and they will bring my order out. After waiting approximately 7 minutes, he finally came out with my order. The fries were very cold, and the 2 krystal burgers were loaded with onions. I drove back around to the drive through and explained to him that the burger that I requested to have as few onions as possible were loaded with onions and i requested hot fresh Fries He took my burger's and frys back and did not say ANYTHING no apologies, NOTHING! After about 2 min he returned to the window. Handed me the bag and still did not say thank you. I'm sorry, or nothing.
