I ordered 2 krystal cheeseburgers with as few onions as possible. I also ordered one order of hot fresh fries and 1 chili cheese pup. The person At the window ask me to pull forward to the door and they will bring my order out. After waiting approximately 7 minutes, he finally came out with my order. The fries were very cold, and the 2 krystal burgers were loaded with onions. I drove back around to the drive through and explained to him that the burger that I requested to have as few onions as possible were loaded with onions and i requested hot fresh Fries He took my burger's and frys back and did not say ANYTHING no apologies, NOTHING! After about 2 min he returned to the window. Handed me the bag and still did not say thank you. I'm sorry, or nothing.

The bread on a couple of my burgers were hard and dry.... Kind of like croutons! And some were so soggy that I couldn't eat them. They seemed to have been in the steamer for what seemed like probably forever! Service and food quality is starting to go down a drain! The only reason I didn't go and ask for my money back is because I was almost home 15 minutes away before I realized that the food SUCKED! OH BUT THE FRIES WERE HOT!

We ordered on the Krystal's app on December 9, 2024. The Krystal's were cold like they were in a refrigerator. The Krystal's chick was cold, hard, and dry. The chili was cold. Absolutely terrible. This was our first time coming back here in almost a year. We won't be patronizing Krystal's anymore.
Parking: The parking is not an option at this location at the time we was here. There is construction being done on the building.

This location is great, it's hard to find good, friendly people at a lot of fast food places but the people working here are always very friendly. You almost always will be asked to move up to wait after ordering from the drive thru window but the wait is normally just for a few minutes and it's not so bad especially when everyone there is as friendly as they are
