So what time does this place open and close because I came here at 5:30 A.m. on a Thursday and they said they closed till 6. It’s the same thing at night they said they are closed a hour before there closing time

The website says that you open at 5:00 a.m. I arrived at the location I sat at the speaker and no one came I pulled around to the pickup window and no one was there I pulled up to where I can see in the dining area and there was a person walking around a backup to the pickup window in the personal came back in there and held her hand up in the air indicating six website says you open at 5:00 I sat there until 10 minutes after 6:00 and the person never came back to wait on me this is the reason Krystal's in bankruptcy you higher the sorriest customer service people who ever lived

Staff was extremely friendly. And fast! They all said hello as you walk through the door.
Vegetarian options: There is nothing really that's vegetarian to be able to make a meal out of.
Customer service was on point. The lady at the window was very friendly. The food was okay. I only ordered grits for myself, and they weren't as creamy as I like. However, everyone else in my group really liked the scramble bowls. So not a bad deal.
