Ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza yesterday (4/10/25), tastes great, but gave me horrific food poisoning the next day (extreme nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting). I had to call out of work 2 hours into my shift. Won’t be going back ever again.

had a terrible experience when I came here to order. The staff was extremely unprofessional and seemed unsure of how to do their job. I specifically requested a deep dish pizza but was given the lunch special instead—even though I arrived at 3:30 PM, well after the 2 PM cutoff.

To make matters worse, my food looked completely unappetizing, and I noticed that the employees were not using gloves while handling food. On top of that, I was charged $9.20 for a custom lunch special, which has never been that price before.

This was an overall disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

I miss the days when you were broke and could scrounge up some change and get a pizza, now they wont even sell you a pizza unless you have a card to pay for it

I placed an order while sitting in my vehicle in the parking lot of this particular Little Caesar's. I ended up waiting in the car for approximately 45 minutes for order fulfillment. The estimated wait time was only purported to be half of that. Following Little Caesar's well established pizza formula, the food rarely disappoints but is also never anything to write home about.

Food could have been better. Cheese pizza was burned, but they made me another one. The Italian cheese bread was hard. We couldn't even cut them.

Walked in nobody at the front greeting. Stood there for awhile before the rude gut comes up. Told him I'm picking up said check the portal did mines wasn't there he proceeds to say well what's your email say I show him he go to back get it stick it I'm portal and says it's there now could have just hand it to Me. Told him i never use the portal how it works he WALKS OFF. Happy the lady behind me helped.

Was online only when I went up there which is understandable these days to me. Cheap pizza, the bites are amazing tho. Usually worth it to spend more for a better pizza.

I have been a little customer for many years. Unfortunately never will I be again after poor management on Dawson road was unable to add part of my delivery order causing me to drive up there and the only response I got was we will give you your brownies. I hope this place goes out of business for their poor leadership

The customer service is so bad and lacks plentiful patience and efficiency in speed. James spoke way too lowly (in dragged mutters) and actually caught an attitude with me when I was making my order because I asked him to repeat himself, and this was only once. He also felt the need to tell me what I did and didn't tell him upon my first attempt of stating my order to him. He had to cancel my first order because he forgot an item, which I stated before ordering my other items. I know what I said, and if there's anything that I hate when eating out, is the employee telling me what I did and did not say instead of just humbly fixing or adjusting THEIR mistake to MY order; your input isn't needed and I should be the one upset. I never get frustrated with fast food workers (in their face), but I did with him. He made me regret paying for my order purely based off of his attitude. Someone else needs to be in the front tending to the customers and someone else needs to be in the back tending to the food as well, because it took the woman in the back way too long to complete everyone's orders. I and another woman (who was there before me) waited for 30-35 minutes; that's my folly, and I would have left if I hadn't already paid. Despite my suggestion of position switching, the woman in the back was the only friendly worker there between herself and James. She was also the only employee making pizzas, breadsticks, and crazy puffs, so I applaud her efforts. However, I won't be returning.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had. Completely rude and disrespectful and acted like it was a chore to wait on me. Need new employees that actually wanna get paid to work. I walked out and took my business somewhere else
