I visited the Albany location yesterday 3/10 and my total was 19.96– the cashier stole an extra tip off my card even though I zeroed it out. I’ve been devastated since finding out because I always visit this restaurant and I didn’t think they would steal from me. Also they request payment over the phone so I’m sure who ever helped themselves to a tip also copied my card number. My food was incorrect as well. Will follow up Monday.

It was okay. Nothing I would want again. We waited awhile at the door. I walked the bar area and someone came from behind the bar and sat us. It’s been years since I’ve went and I doubt I ever go again. Our server never smiled or even seemed like she cared about our experience until she brought the check. It’s advertised that kids eat free on Tuesdays. It’s Tuesday but I wasn’t able to ask our server because she never came back. I asked the bartender and she said she thinks it’s for dinner but would have to check. Very weird service. Very. We ended up just taking out food to go. Maybe the judge tables. I’m unsure but this was a waste of time and money. Definitely loco.

We were in town for my dad’s funeral and stopped here to eat. It was delicious and the staff was excellent!! It was nice to be so well taken care of in a time of mourning. Thanks for the excellent food and service!

One of the best restaurants in the area especially for burgers! Highly recommend the Bayou burger and the Cajun fries. We also tried the chips and queso which were pretty good. The menu offers, wings, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, burgers, sandwich, etc. + great side items. Can't wait to come back to try more off the menu. Restaurant has a nice vibe and great servers. Service is quick and efficient. They offer a great drink menu and happy hour specials.

My chicken sandwich had a small brest, lettuce was grouse looking, like it was heated, and the bread was old and falling apart. My wife's burger was cooked medium, and she asked for well done. Coke was nasty. But our server was good.
