This is the best food on the planet. Their tartar sauce and fish and chicken and hushpuppies are so good it will make you want to slap somebody. Highly recommend.

How can it take 25 minutes to cook 6 pieces of fish? Been here several times lately and order has been wrong every time. Even after I brought this to their attention. Now about the food. Waffle fries very good. Hushpuppies good. Fish (which is normally very good) taste is covered up by taste of bad grease.
All this just happened at one visit. Guess it is time to move on to another restaurant. Sorry to have to say that.

This place absolutely sucks. The food makes me feel like I’m drinking the grease, the service was god awful. The bathrooms seem like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Also noticed the cook wasn’t wearing a hairnet or gloves

I came up from macon stop by 2 grab me and the wife. Some fish and chicken. I love the one in Atlanta, but this one was. Not good.The chicken was overcooked, the fish was overcooked. The fries was very hard.We did not get enough tortoise sauce or ketchup. But one star is for the guy that took our money at the window. He was very professional and nice. But that's all I can say good about this place.

Do not expect much tater sauce with your order. I'm assuming they were told to horde it as much as possible. Charge an arm and a leg for 6 fish and told only 5 tater sauce is allowed. $15 for the order and I have to goto walmart and buy tater sauce in order to have some. Come on people it's not liquid gold or even all that great McDonald's and captain d's is 100 times better sauce lighten up we are your customers

For was greasy! Their "new" waffle fries are horrendous. Dry and tasteless. Also LJS has gotten crazy expensive i would much rather go to Outback or Longhornsfor a proper steak dinner for practically the same price.
