I went into the McDonald's on South Slappey. It took about 30 minutes to get my food only for it to be cold. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and wasn't nothing crispy about it. It was rubbery and cold. The manager or shift on duty told me it took 45 minutes to cook this crispy chicken sandwich. It wasn't crispy nor had any grease to it. The nuggets was like they had been warmed in the microwave they as well was rubbery. The fruit punch juice was watered down. This man had the audacity to tell me he have no control of how the kitchen send out the food. The only thing he did right was refund my money which was about $30. The girl that fixed my drinks moved with no sense of urgency.... I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone for NOTHING NOT EVEN A NAPKIN!!! WHEN YOU KNOW BETTER YOU DO BETTER!!! AND BY THE WAY SINCE WHEN IT TAKES 45 TO COOK A CRISPY CHICKEN? A CRISPY CHICKEN Y'ALL THEY WOULD NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY OF MY HARD EARN MONEY PERIOD..... DISAPPOINTED DISAPPOINTED. EVERYONE WORKS THERE NEEDS A DRUG TEST. CAUSE WHO TELLS A CUSTOMER THAT IT TAKES 45 MINUTES TO COOK A CRISPY CHICKEN 🤔

Placed my order on the app, when I got there they told me that their system was down and I had to wait 15 minutes for my food which I already ordered and paid for. After waiting 20 minutes I finally got my food. When I got home I get my food out of the bag and it’s wrong (I should have checked before I left so that’s on me) but then when I try to call the store they have the phone off the hook so it just rings busy.

Third time I’ve been in the drive thru and no one answers I just sit there and there are always plenty of workers just sitting at the window there was 2 other cars this time.
This has to be one of the poorest ran McDonald’s in Albany. They very rarely get an order 100% correct and the kids working in there have zero work ethic or professionalism. This store needs to be completely cleaned out and all positions need to be replaced with people who have atleast a small desire to work and do a good job (including the management who allowed it to get this bad)

Flat out unprofessional I came in for a delivery and had to wait longer than expected ! You got everyone in the back having conversations instead of tending to customers the so called young lady I guess she is a manager and stuck in her ways as she walks by and looks at customers do better! Instead of trying to be cute at work
I am here now and I ordered on the mobile app and I been here waiting almost 45 minutes I been watching them so called work and they seem to just be standing around. How is the app faster and I been watching the line move faster than my mobile order. Won't be coming here again

I'm here to leave a good review, because the guys who helped me on the night shift on 10/26 were really nice. The place was very clean, which is usually hard to keep in this chain. So far from my house I ask for good service and good cleaning in the surroundings.

Most of the times I usually don't have a problem here. But as of recently I noticed that the employees will know that the machine is down and still let you pay for it and offer something else which has a cheaper price than what you already paid for. A lady tried to tell me that the Ice coffee and Large Frappé is the same price. CHECK THE APP! NO IT'S NOT! The Frappé cost as nearly as one the premium burger coming out 4.29 meanwhile the large iced coffee is 2.59. that's not the same and stop cheating people. Just say that the machine is down before while at the speaker. CONSUMERS BEWARE.
