Food was great but there was a roach on the glass near booth I was eating at. Crawled on person I was with. Called Manager. Manager came and said, "Oh they sprayed last night. I'm sorry." She then killed roach and left. Appetite lost, threw away food, and left.

Tonight I visited this location after placing an online order. I waited 4-5 minutes at the drive-thru, only to be informed by the manager (Jessica) after pulling to the window that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they close at 10:50 PM. Despite my explaining the situation, the manager showed no willingness to assist, stating that the team needed to go home. I will now have to contact the store in the morning for a refund.
Another customer was also upset, complaining that her money was taken but she didn't receive her food. The lack of customer care was disheartening, and it was clear that the manager on duty had no regard for the customers waiting in line.
I will make sure the location's supervisor is aware of this incident. This experience reflects poorly on the store, particularly during night hours. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location at night. It's evident that the manager on duty does not value customer business.

Came in this morning , the people on the intercom were rude + they messed up my order. The only reason why i didn’t walk back up there is because i was home and in a rush, but the hiring process needs to be monitored QUICKLY. Morning shift is one of the most sorriest and rudest people I’ve encountered with.

Food was sub par. Cold & tasted old. Even fries were cold. First time I went there and coincidentally my credit card was hacked the next day. It's the only new place I went & I've never had an issue.
When me and my grandma ordered off of the McDonald’s machine they barely had any drinks the only drinks they had was water and lemonade that was horrible.They raned out off ice I was so mad but the food was good. Come on McDonald’s I know yall can be better.

When your food isn’t good enough to get the job done you should at least have the customer service to back it up. With that said this is the worst location in Albany. It’s always something. They either mess up your food or give you attitude. Shoot if you’re lucky you get both.

As always, in Albany, Ga , when a person tries to order for themselves on a Kiosk, either it's broken or the ones at the he registers want to ask if we're smart enough of ordering for ourselves. Instead of sweeping up the filthy floors, parking lot and keeping all areas whe too is eaten clean.

Do not eat at this McDonald’s me and my family come by here and ordered a few happy meals and two combos and it took over a hour and a half to get our food , they laid half of the food on the table and while we was waiting for the other half our food got cold , the staff here was zero help would not even look in our direction when we wanted to ask about our food . It was an absolute nightmare ! We almost was going to just leave without getting our money back . I’ve never ever seen such a horrible horrible McDonald’s in my life ! Steer clear of this place . Horrible staff and nobody cares .
