HORRIBLE FOOD every single time I go to this location but the kids love McDonald's . I sometimes give them the benefit of the doubt because I live closest to this location and don't want to drive across town and every single time they disappoint. Food is always old, cold and stale.

I wish I could say this place was a good establishment but it’s not. It’s the closest one by my house and every time I come it’s something. This morning they gave me and charged me for the wrong combo. Last time I came I waited 30 minutes for one shake. Not kidding, 30 minutes for a shake. The time before that I was in the drive thru for 45 minutes while workers were arguing and fighting. (The manager watched while holding her baby). Almost every single time they mess up your order. Don’t even bother asking for anything than how it comes, because you’ll get it that way anyway. I’ve lived in 4 states, and this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.

If there was a choice to not give it any stars I would. It's not the first, second, or third time my husband and I dealt with this specific McDonald's and of course it's not a surprise that the food, service, and overall experience of dealing with the employees at this store frustrating. You'd think that, okay, haven't been here in a few months or more, they might've improved. NOPE. They only got worse in our opinion. Maybe not everyone has the same experience when they go to this one, but we'll just drive the extra 20 minutes to the one out in Lee county/Leesburg. Either this store won't have what you want or will take their sweet time and not know the definition of "fast food". Poorly constructed sandwiches. Cold hash browns. Sour/expired orange juice. Too busy talking/gossiping to really get the customers food ready and out to them, my husband had to go inside after waiting 16 minutes in the reserved spot (that they directed us to park in since they needed to make the steak bagel sandwich. Okay, no problem) to go in and get our food. I would understand if they were kneading the dough and actually baking the bagel, but come on.

They have treated me like I was asking for a handout. When in fact, I waaayyyy overpaid for that double cheese burger. I asked for "no pickle, extra onion".. I even made sure they had it correct at the window when I got up there to pay, I got a double cheese burger with no onion, extra pickle"! The wait in the drive thru is always 30 minutes. I don't care if you're the only car in line or if you're the 10th! Will never go back!

Once, I had a terrible experience visiting this place. The young black staff seemed completely clueless—an absolute lack of competence. There were no more than five people in the restaurant, yet they managed to mess up every order. I waited 25 minutes for two burgers and only got my order after the supervisor arrived and personally started assembling orders. However, the situation was somewhat saved by the supervisors and a very sweet, petite lady who works there. She walked around the dining area, trying to help everyone and uplifting the mood with her wonderful attitude. Special thanks to both the supervisor and this lady!

Horrible experience. Staff was extremely slow and totally confused. People waiting twenty minutes for cold food. The bathroom almost made me vomit 🤮🤮🤮. Poop everywhere and no toilet paper. One toilet stopped up and overflowing in the floor in the women's bathroom. Off duty employees in plain clothes giving tours of the food service area to friends. I will be reporting this to cooperate and the appropriate state agencies. They have no business with food license. Do not waste your time going to this McDonald's.
