This is like the worst is McDonald's ever known to man.The building is great, but the service is sorry, very sorry, every time I go to this place.There's a problem with something so they just need a whole new everything.Go ahead and then just Fire Everyone in there it's sad i've never been so mcdonald's as sad as this one I wish I knew how to pursue a lawsuit.Cause every time I go there my stomach hurt.And I think baby spilling in my food or putting stuff in my food

If I could I’d give them no stars. The employees here are a joke. They try to give you smoothies instead of milkshakes and hope you don’t notice because they don’t feel like making them and then roll their eyes when you call them out on it. They lie and say they’re out of frappes because they don’t feel like making them. They just always have the worst attitude.

0 stars! I was passing through and I stopped at this McDonald’s. I ordered and paid on the app per usual. So I did counter service. My daughter get to the door it’s LOCKED!! So why do y’all even offer counter service if your door is locked? So I go to the line. We just sitting there NO MOVEMENT! So I end up leaving because I couldn’t wait any longer. So I try to call PHONES OFF THE HOOK! I still have not been refunded for what I payed for! Called today phone OFF THE HOOK! I can’t stand unprofessional business! We need to start cooking at home people! These restaurants are trash and they hire anybody to run these businesses!

This location should be a crime and a shame. I tried so hard not to leave a review ever when visiting this place, however, it needs to be said. I truly pray a higher power or corporate sees this comment so someone will care about this location. The service and amount of items that go missing on the menu is insane! Every time I come to this location, the ice cream machine is down. I do not believe McDonald’s is that cheap. They would not fix their machines, I believe they’re employees. Are that lazy that they don’t want to take the extra step to make a milkshake. If your machines are that bad at this establishment, I really hope you care enough about your customers to have working machinery and fix it..

The service at this particular restaurant SUCKS!!! I live on that side and I'd rather go to another McDonalds. They don't tell you when they don't have something (large cups) and get an attitude when you question your order. People, if you are having a bad day...STAY HOME!!!
1st McDonalds I have ever been to where, if you are paying with a card, they make you use the self order kiosk, even though there are 2 registers they can take your order from. These people dont even want to come and take ones order. I dont work here, i dont get paid to do someones job here...... so come take peoples orders. Then these are the people that want to get paid alot more.... why? The customers are doing some of the work for you and we dont expect to get paid for it. This place needs drastic improvement.
