Normally don’t do this but need to give credit where credit is due. Hands down BEST McDonalds in the Albany area. Quick service, greeted with the upmost respect, and food was HOT! Not sure where the previous bad reviews come from, maybe change in management. Even though this McDonalds much further than others to home, if I need a golden arch fix, this is the only one I will go to in town.

I sat at the second intercom and they literally let 5 cars passed me in line and still never spoke to get my order…… so then I go to the first window to order and they can’t give change out I was told and of course their frappe machine does not “work”….. so all together I was there with good money tryna spend it for 20 minutes and left with NOTHING but a very bad start to my day!!!!!!!!!

This was definitely a store experience from hell!!! I visited your sales location the morning of 10/7/2024 @7:47am and received horrific service the person taking my ordered seemed totally lost i asked for the $1.39 soft drink and was told it doesn't exist then the person placed the manager on the speaker to speak to me regarding the drink price and i was right the manager rung it up correctly the customer service person did not apologize for her error and not understanding the products she is selling ....I ordered The Big Breakfast and didn't get any eggs---or a biscuit in the order it was missing...i went back to the drive thru I received nothing but anger from the cashier and she was tell the clean up maintenance person what happen he adv me to come in and not hold up the line i adv no i will not and its not my fault that you guys cant press a button correctly...The maintenance person a black male 30's age cursed and used profanity towards me at the window then the manager on duty came to the window i explained what happen and she gave me a refund and apologized everyone else wasn't nice at all bad experience and i will not be going back and by the way I am a retired Veteran

I told them no onions and pickles there were onions and pickles. I told them 2 strawberry cream pies, only had one, had to go back. Nor did I receive a receipt.

Our meals were rung up sepately by mistake. When we paid with a $20, the cashier just took the $10 left over for the 1st order without giving us the change. At the pickup window, they only had one order for us. We had to park while they figured it out causing me to be late for an appointment. The hashbrowns were so soft & soggy with grease we couldn't eat them.

I was at McDonald's for training and they treated us like family the restaurant was clean, organized, and had a welcoming summer appearance.The outside was well kept and tidy.The staff was curtious and knowledgeable. The overall layout of the store including decor was perfect and accommodating.Well done! I can not commit on the good part for I never ate.
