I had a mobile order and went through the drive-thru. Sat at the order board while 2 other cars went through the other side and was never waited on. The girl at the second window was polite but, she said "I can see your receipt." I had to get her to repeat herself because I was so confused. Then I realized she was asking if she could see my receipt. My burger was supposed to have zero onions on it and it had about a billion on there. The receipt even showed no onions. Do better!!!!

I came to dine in at my favorite restaurant and discover unsatisfied fast service. I ordered on kiosk at 11:06 and it's 11:31 now. I ordered one meal and still my food is not been served. There not busy by any means. Very dis satisfied and future I will not be visiting McDonald's by no means or giving a good recommendation!
Happy Meals with adding shredded lettuce and adding tomato slices makes me happy, while others enjoy other items from McDonald's famous menu.
Parking: The parking lot is adjacent to an extremely large mall, so shopping is accessible.
Kid-friendliness: They make available creative gifts, and educational tools are great for children.

Yes this place is HORRIBLE!!!! I have had my bread appear as though someone bit it TWICE! Once was lunch and the other time breakfast. They have the worst service EVER here!!!! We live about 3 minutes from here….We have given them a few chances. But as of yesterday I told my husband We will go to another whole County to McDonalds before we go back here!!!! They need New EVERYBODY……

My visit this evening was horrible Crew members walking around playing Tykira gave me my order I informed her I was pleased she had a very bad attitude I normally visit a few times a week But never again Crew members need to be re trained and coached on customer service I'll never visit this location again !!!!!!!

Purchased a orange cream pop milkshake once when it was first promoted, it was good but then it was discontinued so dissatisfied with a big corporation can't keep a good shake.
