I walked in I waited for 20 mins no one said anything everyone just kept walking by they act as if they don’t see customers when you walk in they continue doing what they’re doing as if you are not there waiting for assistance! Unfriendly, non greetful, lack of manners and training and a bunch of students or kids! Please hire more friendly staff that wants to do their job.

I asked for two McDouble sandwiches. The first one with no mustard but onions and pickles with light ketchup. The last one with extra ketchup. Why did we have a sandwich with mayo? They are doing anything now. My fries are so hard. Ridiculous!! They need to get it together. McDonald's on Dawson Road needs to do better. I don't know how they scored a 97!

If I could give 0 stars I would buy u have to at least put one for starters they have Very rude employees then to make things worse two employees came inside from what was obviously their break and the moment they walked through the door the entire restaurant smelled of marijuana very unprofessional and disrespectful to people In there with their children management needs to address this issue immediately

I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. It stated it was ready at 9:07am. I still had not received my order at 9:24. I drove quickly around to the window, they had no idea what was going on. Then finally, a manager said she had been looking for me. No you weren't. What you did was saw my car leave #6 because you didn't want to come out in the cold. You could've just called my cellular and asked me to drive through the drive thru to pick it up. All McDonald's here in Albany, GA are the same...AWFUL!!!POOR SERVICE.... NEED A CHANGE OF MANGMT. WHERE ARE THE GOOD OLD MANAGERS WHO TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK?

I ordered through the app and was inside the restaurant when the app alerted me that it was time to go inside & pick up my order (6:20pm) it is NOW 6:35pm and I just walked out the restaurant with my sandwich. When I entered in NO ONE acknowledged me for being in the restaurant nor was I ever asked what I was there for. After letting 2 people.get there food in front of me AND going to the restroom I come back & STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I watch the counter person pick up my box and put it in a bag (it had been sitting there) just to be told that it was just made.....the AUDACITY of this young person to look me STRAIGHT IN MY FACE AND LIE AS THE SANDWICH HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR 10 PLUS MINUTES!

The service is slower than any McDonald's I've ever been to! They make you wait several minutes before they even acknowledge you at the speaker, no greeting or nothing! The cashiers are rude. One of them actually argued with me about two drinks I ordered, so I told her to just cancel the order cause if you catching hell taking a two drink order, I know you can't make them. The weird thing is that the manager allowed her to be rude to me and never interjected to resolve the problem(maybe she didn't have the headset on like she was supposed to).It wouldn't supprise me. Ive had instances where Ive waited over 20 mins to get my order and when he walked it out to my car, he was eating a burger and drinking and then to my surprise, the order wasn't even mine! So the wait continued ?This location needs to shut its doors, or fire everyone, and then properly train a whole new crew because this is ridiculous ! Now I see why it has the reputation of being the worst location in Albany,Ga

Great food and good service but they lock the doors and shut the place down an hour before their closing time 90% of the time. Like why list your open till 11 then shut the doors and not answer the drive thru at 9:30/10 when it says you're open!
Overall it is always a solid place to visit if I go to any McDonald's near me! Even though I received my fries hot, they were the wrong size!

Its so dark outside of the building in a place like Albany it should be well lit for safety and comfort of the customers and the staff tries to not acknowledge someone standing at the register unless you stand there for a long time then you'll get help.

Two pairs of shoes are in the middle of the floor. Person lying in a booth asleep. He gets up, underwear showing, and goes back into the kitchen. Another employee comes from the back to get the second pair of shoes and goes outside. Two other customers requested refunds because of a very long wait. One customer came in complaining about what they received in the drive-through.
