This worker maybe new, but she has consistently made our smoothies incorrect. The smoothies are very watery and not thick as they usually are. We order a strawberrylicious and it had the consistency of a juice.

I haven’t been here in over a year, because we moved to north Georgia. I assume there are new owners since I moved 5 years ago. I ordered the Hells Kale juice drink, as I use to , which use to be rich, flavorful and amazing. Today, the drink was a very faint, light green with hardly any flavor, and mostly watered down with water. I asked the young girl why so watery, and she said they add water now to their drinks. I had her try to fix it and it made no difference. It was $15 for the large , and really nothing but water; may as well buy a bottled water and save your money. I also ordered the Ultrahydration drink and it was just as weak. The Hells kale use to be a rich, dark green with so much flavor, but it has changed drastically. The sandwich was $10. Altogether $44 and not worth it. I can get a Clean Juice drink in Alpharetta, North Georgia, which isn’t watered down, Christian owned and amazing for way less money. It still blows my mind how ppl in Albany can charge Atlanta prices in this small poverty stricken town, and deliver low quality product . I’m very disappointed because I use to love to frequent this place and was so looking forward to it .

**NO REFUNDS, NO FREE DO-OVERS** Before a few weeks ago I was an ongoing customer of this place. I went in to get the Elvis (similar to a Reese’s) protein shake. Since my coming here I have never ordered anything other than that. On this particular day I ordered the Elvis and it just simply was not good. My immediate assumption was that the dishes used were not properly cleaned after either making something else in the same blender or just in general. I asked for a redo and the cashier told me they don’t offer them, so I asked to speak with the owner. She called and the owner stated that her reason for no refunds is because her menu is transparent and states what’s exactly in every drink. But what if someone just does not like the taste? Or if her workers are simply not cleaning equipment after each use? On top of that most of her shakes are $12 and up. I advise not shopping here if you’re wanting to try something new or if you are used to healthy drinks at a lower cost. This place isn’t worth it.

The place looks very boring workers are boring, well one worker there was nice, rest of them are very boring, they got roaches too seen a few on the merchandise kinda spooked me not gonna lie. The drinks are mid, definitely something u can make at home for real, there’s no comfortable seating area other than the bar and chairs outside kinda lame. It’s dusty in there as well, very dusty. Overall atmosphere very boring. I recommend the place downtown if u want some good and fresh smoothies with quality service !

No I don’t want a pouch of tuna that you make on the spot for the same price I can get a scoop of chicken salad chick. Big No thanks! And 1 employee didn’t seem knowledgeable about juices vs smoothies ? uh no thanks. Employees did not look clean/well groomed. They did wear gloves tho, I appreciate that. Haven’t been here in years but this place has went down. Very disappointed.
I normally like visiting this place but today 5/26/23 at approximately 10:50 am I went to purchase my favorite beverage ( we got the beat) . This employee was the only one way the store who looked fairly new because I really wanted the drink I gave the old women a try ; I watched as she fumbled around with the fruit as she put it in the mixer . I told her I wanted a large drink, once she placed my drink in the cup I realized my drink was a different color than usual . As she cashed me out I questioned her about the color of my drink , the grandma gave me a snappy response stating that maybe it’s the beets. The employee added an extra $4 to my total making my total $14.29 . She proceed to say that since it’s a large it an up charge of $4. As many times I come here I have NEVER BEEN UP CHARGED $4 !! At this point I rather buy my own juicer .
