Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Sitting next to us was an old pitcher of tea from last night. My table was not wiped off and had crumbs. Food was on the floor. We arrived not long after opening so this is left over from the evening meal. I worried when all of them received Zaby’s takeout.

I was in Albany shortly. The tone of my server was nice however my calamari was burnt. I only really enjoyed the soup

I visited Olive Garden, Albany, GA in early November. My waitress was 6-star worthy. Her name is Alyssa. I can't imagine a better representative of the best customer service.

I took my daughter to lunch here and the food was good service was great. The atmosphere was comfortable. We go to this olive garden often.

Believe it or not, we went for Sunday dinner after church as I wanted to try the new spicy pasta. It was crowded, so we decided to eat in the bar. Believe it or not, they brought us plastic utensils? I asked for silverware and they told me that none was available, although all of those eating in the dining room had ample silverware. The food was not that great, but the plastic utensils were a deal breaker. Eat at your own risk.

Last few times the food has seemed to be excessively greasy. It made a few of us sick afterwards. Besides that it was good!

I ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. The steak was okay but it was a little chewy. I’m used to it though because I order this meal often so I wasn’t upset about the steak. My waiter actually took it more seriously because he stated that the food is too expensive for it not to be how I like it. So now I have a gift card for next time. My waiter’s name was William I think.

This the first Olive Garden I was totally disappointed. The bar tender was slow getting my food Once my food got to me it was over hot destroyed my chicken. It was just nasty. Had to add my Walgreens to my salad. Just disappointed

We had excellent service, Hannah is very friendly and attentive to what we needed. Food was great, as usual for Olive Garden.

Drink did not refilled until I was about to leave. The soup my sister ordered was not warm. And no chicken in it at all. Server forgot 2 times to bring our salad. Twice. Just kept saying I'm sorry, I'm sorry. She was as nice as can be but needs more training.

Probably the worse service I had ever gotten at this location. I understand it was homecoming night but my table of 4 shouldn’t have waited 1.5 hours to get our meals. Where tables that sat after us got their food and lefts already, where larger tables sat and left before us. By the time we got our food we really just wanted to leave.

They were short staffed, but our waitress wasreally great even though she was extremely busy.
We had agreat meal and left there completely satisfied.
