Just tried to attend the one on Albany, Ga. After a very poor welcome by an extremely unprofessional group of people. We were seated and then waited almost 20 before walking out. Not one person came to get a drink order or even acknowledged we were there.

Whole 15 minutes waiting at the table since they sat us down and NO ONE came to the table at all, They passed us by and didn't even offer us water. They didn't even acknowledged us or apologize for keeping us waiting, so we left! Poor Management Very Poor Staff

Ordered the 27$ boneless ribeye medium rare. Cooked fine but had gristle and that white tough connective tissue. Had to cutaway 20% of it. Service okay, not exceptional. salads same ten minutes apart. Probably won't go back for a while.

The pasta dishes were disgusting. I paid the bill and then asked to speak with the manager, which turned out to be my waiter. I asked why he didn't question why we didn't like our entrees when he brought me the check. I didn't call him to the table for a free meal but to inform him of the quality of his product. That's why I paid the check before calling him. To be fair. The blooming onion was great.

This experience was truly infuriating are food was amazing but I’m sad to say we will not be returning to this steakhouse are server was Britt and let me just say she was so sweet but the service was slow and there was only about 4/8 servers serving we got our blooming onion and bread and then had to wait another 20 minutes just to get our drink orders I’m sure this wasn’t there fought but honestly the place hardly had any other customers there were probably about three other tables around
