The food was great the staff was friendly. But the windows were very dirty and I usually don’t say anything but it makes a difference how the place looks inside while you are eating. The same fingerprints were there when I came in the last time.

Great food, but don't ask for a tip at the counter, cause if I have to do everything, including get my food from the pass, nah, it's rude! Other than that, the food was great.

No one manning the front counter. Had to find someone from the kitchen to help us to order. He was very friendly. No variety of bagels. Only 12 left and your choice was plain, sesame and cinnamon raisin. Hardly any baked goods. Ordered soup and roll for lunch instead. Definitely a reduction in size from late time we were there. Not interested in returning or recommending.

I loved customer service. They're nice and patient. I do have a problem though with the food I was served. It was a drive-through order, and the bread was just in the bag. Not wrapped, not anything. That was just not sanitary.
Very good soup and sandwiches ! Even came to table with trial pieces of subs and smoothies! Extremely nice people working in there!

The Sip Club is my favorite! I seek out a Panera Bread location whenever I am out of town on business trips. I was in Albany for three days, and this location was only a 3 minute drive from my hotel. Very convenient! I would highly recommend this location!

EVERYTIME I come in here the ppl fixing the food makes it feel like a disconnect. Everyone works with their heads down, no smiles or greetings. It’s almost like they’re inconvenienced to even work. And it’s not sometimes it’s ALL THE TIME.
