Papa John's has purged my order history this month as the result of a complaint I made about service. I have receipts and credit card charges to prove several transactions but my papajohns account has my most recent activity being in October of 2024. They also never responded to my complaint nor was a refund issued for food I never recieved. I order a pizza online pre paid with a tip at 1130 one day. I get a 30 minute lunch starting at 12 so I made sure to order early. When I arrived to the store at 1210 my order wasn't ready. The employee was rude to me and told me I would have to wait. I left hungry and never received a refund or response from papa John's. Horrible experience

Pathetic pizza was well uncooked as if they don’t put it in oven for long enough time. Never gonna order again with them. Felt like I was eating half cooked pizza dough with melted cheese on it

I called Papa John’s to order a pizza and I want Parmesan packets and crushed peppers and two ranch packets plus a double brownie they said that it was like $38 and some change. I asked what brought it up that high when the pizza was only 15.99 they informed me that you only get one pack of Parmesan cheese for a whole pizza and if you wanted more, it was $1.20 and for the ranch it was $1.70 I have never eaten at a Papa John’s where they charge me per packet that comes with the pizza I can understand paying for the ranch, but you want me to pay for Parmesan packets and crushed pepper packets I have never I lived in Texas and I live in Mississippi right now I’ve ordered Papa John’s and they have never charged me. Georgia is doing y’all wrong. Address is 1703 E Oglethorpe blvd Albany GA 31705 inflation is real. This is a medium that they’re passing off for a large.
