I went through drive through today. My order of sweet tea was dumped in my lap because the lid was too small for cup. She said, “We have got to do something about those lids”. I was charged full price for an empty cup of tea. I didn’t say much because I was sitting in tea and my clothing was soaking wet. I had to come home, shower, change clothes and go to the car wash. Also, the food was not good. Certainly not like the previous owners. I won’t be going back.

Service was good but the chicken was hard and the cabbage was over cooked.. please get back to the basics!! Dark meat should not be dry..

Pearly’s never ever disappoints! 😋 The food was DELICIOUS, the staff was so kind and helpful, and everything was so clean—per usual! Really grateful for this legendary spot in our community 🫶🏽 (And Lina is grateful they let her bring in a small grocery cart 🤣)

They were very friendly and it was my first time there and I will be back again and happy 65th to the waiter today 8-3 she was so sweet and she kept checking on us with a bright smile I really enjoyed thanks for the great service cause it’s hard to find. I also had the French toast whole with country ham and apple juice and it was ? great

I got a chicken pot pie with rutabagas and mac and cheese and it was really yummy. Everyone was super down to earth and friendly and it was a bit off putting at first but it was cool at the end. The rutabagas were off the chain though

I stopped at Pearly’s while I was in the Albany area because it was recommended to me for lunch and I am SO GLAD I DID. Not only was the food good but the atmosphere and service was EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone working was kind and genuine, I had several stop an ask how I was and it was so refreshing to see a business that takes pride in their service like Pearly’s does. They made me feel welcome although eating alone, radiated joy for their job and not only had signs showing their faith in Jesus but I heard one of the staff memebers talking to the woman next to me about the joy she receives and her faith. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!!
