Great pizza, won’t deliver to SW lee co. ridiculous that dominos will drive past the hut to deliver to sw lee co. Until the hut changes its delivery, papa John’s and dominos will keep owning the area.

I ordered 5 sauce cups and did not recieve them when my pizza was delivered…and when I called the store they said that the driver was going to bring me the sauce I ordered and they never showed back up!!!

Delivery marked complete when not delivered. After calling Pizza Hut (regional) got replacement pizza. Finally got pizza one hour after original delivery time.

Horrible experience— It seems as if customer service is at an all time low. My food was undercooked. The dough was barely cooked at all. They had to place it back in the oven which required me to stay for an additional 10-15 minutes. I was charged the incorrect amount by someone who was not even a cashier due to the original cashier correcting someone else’s order. Once charged I was told, “Well we could refund it back but I don’t know how long it’ll take to go back to your card. There’s no other way you can get that money back.” I looked inn disbelief and just requested to get my items. As they went behind the counter they talked about the encounter and the girl tried to correct the supposed cook I’m guessing on what he did wrong and laughed.
Dietary restrictions: Be sure you remind them of the restrictions as they tend yo forget.

Horrible! Didn't include part of the order. Food was luke warm and we waited for pickup. Bread sticks tasted like the were handled with cinnamon sticks. The pasta used to be good but it has changed. The portion sizes have drastically shrunk especially for the price.

Pizza hut is a long time family favorite of ours. I am dissapointed that they are now charging for parmesean cheese but I'm sure it due to a greedy few. ? Anyways, we the cheese is stringy and the flavors are on point. The I pregnant taste like they are fresh. I miss the lunch buffets. I'm not sure if they are doing that anymore anywhere but I'm going to check!
I did not get delivery because they didn't answer the phone after 18 minutes, Pay and Treat People Better so they want to work. value and care about your customers and Represent Your Brand
