I love great customer service and this location by far exceeded all my expectations!!! From being greeted as soon as we walked in, to giving recommendations on great cocktails! Jessica was a great server! On top of that other employees that walked by asked us if we were ok. Fresh food and great service is why we will definitely return!

Fresh food and Jessica's service levels are off the charts. In between waiting for food another server asked if everything was ok and brought extra napkins prior to receiving food. This feels rare, odd, and far from the norm. I appreciate the service levels!!!

The customer service was absolutely terrible! My family and I (a party of four) went in for dinner, and while everything started fine with ordering our entrées and drinks, things quickly went downhill. When the food arrived, my son took one bite of his meal and immediately didn’t like it. We explained this to two different servers, and eventually the owner/manager, Mr. Alvarez, came over to the table.
Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, he approached us with a rude attitude. I politely explained that my son didn’t like the dish, and his response was, “We can’t take it back.” He pressed us repeatedly to explain exactly what my son didn’t like about it, and the simple answer was: he just didn’t like it. To him, it tasted awful. He didn’t want to try anything else because that was the only item on the menu that appealed to him.
I’ve never been to a restaurant where a customer’s dissatisfaction with a dish was treated as such a problem—or where the staff refused to remove the item from the bill. As a paying customer, that was completely unacceptable. The dismissive and nasty attitude throughout the situation was baffling.
I’ve been a frequent customer here in the past, but after this experience, I will NEVER return.

Wednesday evening late dinner. Not busy. Could definitely tell they were cleaning up for the evening as few servers were seen floating around the dining area.

I would like to know why they are automatically charging a 20 percent gratuity to a ($31.00) TWO person dine in check. NO signage on this policy , just know it when you receive the check...Then also expecting you to tip on top of that. Some food was just ok, tacos were dry and bland. Waitress was ok.

Last time I visited, the food wasn’t great, but the drinks were amazing. This time, I ordered the Williams Texas to go, and it was absolutely delicious! The lady who took my order was very friendly, and when I came to pick it up, it was fast, hot, and fresh. Such a big improvement—great job!

The food was pretty good for Mexican food. I come from New Mexico so food is more authentic there but here was decent for Georgia. I got a mudslide and at first it was all froth and no drink however my waitress noticed and they brought a new one free of charge. not only that but they accommodate my wife's dairy allergies so she too could enjoy the food there.
