I asked for 4 different sauces and get 4 of the same. I guess the kitchen staff can't read or the cashier put it in wrong. My first time there. It was ok.

The place to go for fried mushrooms. Lightly battered and cooked just right. Not a big fan of boneless chicken but it was surprisingly good. We will be back for sure. Good place for tenders and mushrooms.

My overall experience was great until I met the manager on duty she refused to give em her name but a staff member informed me her name was Lisa & she was by far the most nastiest person I ever met at any fast food establishment . My food was fresh I just received the wrong order and when I explained that to Lisa she grabbed my bag and threw it in the trash not even hearing what my order was . Did not apologize or anything for the Inconvenience. She yelled at the cashier (young tall boy ) for what I thought was no reason I don’t think it was his fault he just gave me my food he didn’t prepare it . I just feel she should have did that without any customers around , you know pull him to the side . But when my food finally did come it took about 20 mins . Always a great experience here just tonight there was something off still love you guys though I will be back

This was a clean restaurant. Everyone was working. Food was presented so nice. I got some big wings. They could have used a few more seconds to get that crisp. I ordered hot, but it wasn't hot. They were still good. Fries were hot.
My daughter and I stopped in to grab some lunch on our two hour ride back home after a drs appointment. We have never eaten in a Slim Chicken’s so was unsure of the menu. The front cashier had a less than welcoming attitude and seemed to look at me like I was stupid. I sat down with my daughter, food tasted great until I found a beard hair in my food. I took my plate to the counter to show the lady the hair and she just took it to the back and brought me a new one. There was no apology for the mistake. I am appalled and really want to like this establishment more. Again, food was great but staff was very unwelcoming which makes the visit less than enjoyable.
