I never received my online order for 50 tenders and was charged. No one has called me back and I have not received a refund. Totally unacceptable!
I placed an order on 12/19 to pick up on 12/24 @5pm and was charged for order. The app let me pick the time. No one contacted me to say we are going to be closed at 4pm. Did no one see they had a pick up order for today? I see on FB page it was posted 23hrs ago for today's closing time. Christmas is chaotic but I am very disappointed with this.
