I went to Sonic today because I hadn’t had it in a while. I ordered a triple smasher combo with the sauce on the side add bacon… sauce not on the side bacon paid for but not added… DO BETTER … disappointed and irritated

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. Recently, while waiting in the drive-through line at Sonic, I witnessed one of the employees put his hand down the front of his pants and leaving it there for a while — right in plain sight behind the drive-through menu where customers could easily see. It was disgusting, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable for a food service environment.
To make matters worse, today I ordered a Reese’s Sonic Blast and it tasted sour and off. Not even 30 minutes later, I found myself throwing up. Whether it was spoiled milk, cross-contamination, or just poor hygiene — this is a serious health concern.
Sonic, please do better. This isn’t just about bad service — it’s about basic cleanliness and customer safety.

The music was so loud we couldn't hear to order, the employee had to come out and go in and submit each thing we ordered then come back out. It was so frustrating we didn't even get to order everything because we were so irritated. My husband has partial hearing loss which made it even more frustrating with the music being so loud. Completely unacceptable.

As a manager at another fast food resturant this store is disgusting ! Disrespectful & doesnt care at all! Poor customer service & poor food quality!
FOOD SAFETY is always first & lets start there! -i looked through the window to see why i was sitting outside waiting from 3:45-4:30 for a smash burger! I see an employee (didnt get his name) fixing my burger without any gloves at all! -im allergic to onions! i asked for no onions! guess what they was on my burger! -my tater tots ... old & stale ! literally spit them out!
CUSTOMER SERVICE -employees i had was both males.. they obviously have not been communicating because the second guy i spoke with was clueless of the order period. both guys was carless & didnt care i had been waiting. -the manager on duty didnt care! she was rude ! didnt offer a item for our inconvenience! genuinely didnt care she was more worried about the flies outside than her customer which is the reason she even makes a paycheck!
really is upsetting when you spent $30 for a family to eat just to have a horrible experience

On 03/19/2025 I ordered a Jr cheeseburger. Received the burger with NO meat. Went back, was asked to pull up. Wait 15 minutes. No food came. Worst service ever!

This Sonic's is one of the best Sonic's location I've ever been to. She was wonderful. She answered all my questions. I got myself a Bacon Breakfast Toaster w/an order of French Toast Sticks and a Vanilla Sprite Float. I also ordered a 2nd French Toast Sticks and a Sausage Breakfast Burrito for my 11yr-old & 20mo-old. The sandwiches were delicious, but that slushy float was the bomb! And I couldn't devour the slush of course without taking a picture of it. I recommend coming to this location especially when they first open or in the morning period.

We were very disappointed with our order Coney Chili dogs tonight. There was barely a teaspoon of chili on them. After phoning in and speaking with Kevin (Manager) he stated when asked about the amount of chili being the norm...his comments were he did not know because he did not see them when they went out. After asking me to hold on he returned and stated, "If we returned the Coney Chili dogs they would remake them. 😞
