Food and service is always good. This trip in the drive-through was excellent. We had to compliment who it was when got to the window. We found out her name was Thomasina. Definitely a great employee to have face to face with your customers.

I order here,3 to 4times a week! All I ask for is extra cucumbers and ranch,some of the staff gives me attitude and are rude as hell! I spend good money in there,like weekly! You guys are going to lose customers and money;cause of them. They know who I am.

I would not recommend this particular restaurant in Albany Georgia. The ribs were the worst that I have ever had, I ended up not even eating them. The two sides were horrible as well. Even my wife who had a sandwich was very disappointed with the quality of food.

On Labor Day I ordered to rib dinners wet. I got them ribs home they was burnt beyond belief. I then thought well I remember some yrs ago they had the best turkey sandwiches and thought I would give them another chance! Do not a good idea!! On 9/6/2025 I called was on hold 15 minutes. Got there the place was empty. I then showed the young lady my phone to let her know how long I had been on hold . She then stated “oh we had got busy.” As I was walking in while still on hold she was walking away from the phone. I placed my order and said I wanted the turkey sandwich without sauce add mustard and mayo. Got back to work no tomato., cheese , lettuce nor bacon. I paid 7. 00 for some meat and bread. I am very dissatisfied with this place. I’m not sure if they are under new management or what this is unacceptable. I just moved back here wanted that good food from years back only to be let down.

I have enjoyed Sonny’s throughout the years. But we had the most horrendous experience. My family called ahead to let them know we were coming, and it was going to be a big party.
One of the servers stated she wasn’t going to serve our large party. No one helped the young lady who was tasked with serving our party. It took over 2 hours to get our meals. The time passed because we were all enjoying conversations and having a good time catching up with each other.
We only stayed because it was going to be a challenge finding a place at such short notice for our large party. We also stayed because Sonny’s is our mom FAVORITE place to eat.
Once our food was served to us 2 hours later, everything was COLD AND INEDIBLE. Out of 16 meals only 2 were edible.
Mom will continue to go, but I am sure we will not go as a family again.

Highly recommend this place! I frequently travel across the state with 2 small children and have been trying to find a great place that is about the halfway point. I have been so impressed by this place- the food is great, all staff is extremely friendly, and they have all been so incredibly kind to my two children, which is bonus points in my book. I now seek out this place to stop each trip across the state because of the incredible service.
