This is a national chain that does not have an outdoor entrance available to the general public and when you go in security says, unless you are visiting there in the building for their event, you are not allowed to use the Starbucks. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This place could be so much because they really do make good coffee and other beverages but the services from some of the women is terrible. I want say it’s all of them but I go here mostly every other day and the customer service is awful !

NOT open to the public. You must be visiting a patient in the hospital. They will NOT let you in just to get coffee. This needs to be removed from searchable Starbucks locations.

Hello,
I recently drove over an hour to your Albany, GA location at Phoebe Hospital, only to be told I could not enter. I live in an area without a Starbucks, so visiting requires significant travel, and I was really looking forward to a large Pink Drink with strawberry cold foam.
If civilians are not able to access this location, it would be very helpful if that information was clearly noted on Google and your store locator. This would save customers like me from making a long trip only to be turned away.
I hope you can update this information so others don’t have the same disappointing experience.
