I have had a long three weeks at Pheobe and wanted a pink drink. When I received my drink it didn’t taste right. After a few minutes of looking at the menu I opted for a refund. While the barista was trying to issue my refund the manager made me a freestyle drink and let me tell you I was so much better than the pink drink! Thank you
As always this location is A-1I'm not for sure who the young man is that is a manger or shift leader. But after being at the hospital for all of the morning all I needed was a great cup of coffee.I received that with great customer service.Thank you

Quite nice appearance. Nice seating area and large selection of cups and trinkets to purchase.
Ready made quick bites available, pastry and some sandwich items.
Ordered vanilla cappuccino that was very Luke warm. No reason or really no response from the employees that waited on me.
Did make another one.
