Picked up an online order with no issues. I asked for a pup cup. The young AAF with long hair said yes to give her a minute. I waited and waited. Finally after seeing her give water to new customers and having casual conversations ignoring me. I asked the causian girl at the register. It took her 2 seconds to give me one. It’s very sad how one person can make you not want to go back because of her rudeness.

Ordered hot coffee and it was cold. Went back to get it fixed and they gave me another coffee that was lukewarm. Ordered pike place coffee. Had a 5 hour drive so was a bit disappointed.
I went through the drive through yesterday and a young man went above and beyond to make sure my that my order was taken care of. Thanks Mr.

I usually go through the drive through and I usually get the same guy Brandon and he’s always been helpful and has a great attitude an seems to enjoy his job, that makes for a great interaction with sales. The entrance is very easy to get in and out of there always pretty fast to get you on your way especially if you have people like Brandon working there anyhow.

I recently visited Starbucks and had an amazing experience! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for both working and relaxing. Brandon, one of the baristas, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure my order was perfect and even recommended a new seasonal drink that I absolutely loved. The coffee was fresh and flavorful, and the pastries were delicious. Overall, Starbucks continues to be my go-to spot for a great cup of coffee and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Staff is VERY rude I ordered ahead 15 min and order wasn’t even right and they was very very rude about it then we sat another 10 min waiting on our order we will not be back to this Starbucks ever
