I came this morning for red cup day! The older lady said I shouldn’t receive a red cup despite the fact that I had holiday cold foam on my beverage. My iced latte was pretty nasty as if the espresso was bad. I did not have a written message on my cup when two other people beside me had something written on theirs. I hate to say that this ruined my red cup day experience! Starbucks just is not what it used to be!

I picked up a to go order this morning and when I got to work the bacon, sausage and egg wrap was as hard as a rock when you try to bite in it it crumbled it was cold also. Worst I’ve ever dealt with.
The coffee is very good and also I love the breakfast sausage egg and cheese on a English muffin

Perfect Starbucks. I order online as I'm leaving my house, and always ready and waiting when I pull up! I've only gotten whip cream on my frappe once, cuz I never order it on my drinks! And I think once they forgot the Sugar! Other than that. Not super busy, and excellent service!

It was horrible I paid 37 dollars for 3 drinks which had to get made 2 times..tried calling the manager but no response..I got charged way to much for the drinks that obviously they couldn't make..I WILL NEVER GO BACK.WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!!!
