I went to this Starbucks this morning on 4/5/2024 around 8:30ish. I was greeted and everything. While waiting on my drink, I think it was the manger; she was yelling at the employees. I feel bad for the employees, they looked like they were overwhelmed. She was yelling at them and saying it’s sad y’all can’t do y’all’s job as long as yall been here. It’s not okay to say that while customers are around and it’s not okay to treat employees like that.

Sky makes THE BEST COFFEE!! ( I’m pretty sure that’s her name ) Every time I order the exact same thing it’s always different but when I see her working and ask her to make it , she makes it how it should be made and it is absolutely fantastic! I’m sure they’re all annoyed I ask for her lol if she teaches them how to make my coffee that good Starbucks would be getting my money every single day!! She needs a raise ! Thanks girl !!!!

Took 14 minutes to go through even though I was there when they opened, no one was inside, and I was second in line. Car in front of me was gone before they even took my order. They are usually VERY quick at the orders and ALWAYS friendly and professional and drinks are always good so I assume this was an off time or new employees.

A nice, fairly typical Starbucks experience. Good service and friendly staff. My only gripe is that the music can be a little loud at times which can detract from the ambiance.

My drink tastes like straight ice. I told them, they remade it and it's just as bad. I don't feel comfortable asking again and I don't have money for another one. Next time I'm going to McDonald'

This has to be the absolute worst Starbucks location in Georgia. The drive through wait is absolutely ridiculous. They take one order every 10 minutes and then have the nerve to get your drink order wrong. & when you pull up to the speaker they don’t say anything at all. No acknowledgement and No apologies given. The drive through line was wrapped all the way around.

I finally got my Starbucks order close to something I like. The baristas were not smiling or friendly, but they were PATIENT. Shouts out to workers dealing with the public--you can't be "ON" all the time. Sometimes, all you can manage is patience, and believe it or not, it is enough.Vegetarian options: Soy, almond, and oat milks are available in place of dairy.Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant and sugar-free sweetener available.

My drinks were wrong they and they never got them right. At $7 a drink I ordered 2 I really expected them to be right I wasn't at McDonald's! They really did seem to care. Want be back!Will go to a locally owned coffee shop!

Drive through only services one car at a time, order-pull up-get drink, and then the next car does same. Line is sometimes 10-12 cars, and people just drive off instead of waiting 35 minutes to get a $6.00 cup of coffee. Something needs to change, but it won't. The mentality is if they want it bad enough, they will wait.The inside is a little faster, but there is only parking for 5-6 cars

Visited this Starbucks, horrible customer service. My drink was made incorrectly. So I decided to go inside to have it remade. Store was empty, but staff having personal conversations behind the counter increased wait time. I asked staff if I could have my drink remade they agree and continue to have personal conversations without starting to remake drink. I decided to interrupt and ask if I could have my drink. Erica replied “Yes, when I’m done!”. There’s no reason a customer’s order should come after you’re done having a personal conversation. Leave your personal life at home. I decided to leave to avoid confrontation but will return tomorrow 11/13/23 for a refund and hopefully receive great customer service.

This location NEEDS HELP. The line is always very long! They take forever to attend to you. They need to hire more people or faster workers it’s ridiculous.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The store is a mess, boxes everywhere. The bathroom was disgustingly wet?! And to top it off my drink was incorrectly made twice, I've ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso many many times before and never have I have had one this sickeningly sweet and pale in color... you know how your drink normally looks and then you really know when it's wrong. I'm not even remotely confident there's espresso in this as it takes like oak milk and syrup over ice. Had them remake it and it looks and tastes the exact same as the first one they gave me so I think they just have zero idea what the recipe actually is for this particular drink (I enclosed a photo of what is typically the color and advertised drink vs what I got). so now I paid $6 for a sweeper oatmilk drink that tastes horrendous. Thankfully I'll never have a reason to come here again as I'm just passing through town but as a warning, I don't think they know Starbucks actual recipes...
