We ordered our food at 748 on 2/23 and didn't get our food until 842pm. When they finally acknowledged us at 835, they didn't have all the fries for our meals and were missing several of the bburgers. Then they forgot our drinks as well. It was not a good $55 spentš¤¦š¾āāļø

Steak and Shake and they advertise "real milk milk shakes" and "hand-dipped milk shakes" but I went in and they were out of milk shake "mix". The kiosk let me order and then I was told I could come back later or tomorrow for the milk shake and that a refund would take 3 to 5 days. Well I should have known with the sign that has only have the lights working and an empty parking lot when other places were busy at 6:20 pm. The place is just greasy and grime. Just feels like management checked out and don't care anymore.

It was a disorganized mess, and I left after 30 minutes of waiting on my order. Don't use the app to order from here because they apparently are not set up to handle it here. There is no signage on where or what to do if you are there to pick up an order, and the app only tells you how long it will take for it to be ready. No one there seemed to care if I got my order, so I won't care to go back!

The inside floor is so slippery the cook is rude. I tried to tell her she was missing a meal and she wanted to argue with me like i didn't know what i ordered. Then instead of apology to me for being wrong she tried to explain why she acted like that . Just rude. I can't stand the ghettoness she gave me over me being right. Always check your bag here because they don't give u all your stuff. Then charged me for a large milk shake and gave me a small . I'm done with them as a company until they fire they woman cook with the dreads

Very terrible they were out of every drink except Diet Coke coke and sprite the coke was old and had no tastes which the pulled from the back and there was a can of moldy chilly in the back in plain sight had to wait forever for such a little order and then the establishment was ran down. The ordering system. Is a problem whoever eats there after the first time is out there mind there is so many violations that can get that place shut down and I demand them get a health department inspection because if I get sick. And my house hold I will have a lawsuit
