Both me and my mom had hair in our food. When we told the cook and one of the other workers the cook was very rude and pretty much told us we were lying I even handed him the piece of hair. We will never eat their again. That is disgusting.

Oh, the shake was soooo good & the burger. My husband's burger though was over cooked a little that we had to swap burgers. But it was a bit overdone for me too. I ate it, staff was kindly friendly. Cook didn't like it when I asked about my shake. So I didn't want to say anything about the burger. Still - we haven't had this food in awhile as our area closed theirs. So it was nice to be here

Hopefully the owner is reading this! What has changed? Your night crew has declined significantly. At night, they always have some type of stipulation. The staff will say, “We are currently not accepting orders for meals. You can only order a burger.” Or “Our shake machine is not working.” Or “We are currently not taking orders through the drive through, you can come in and order at the kiosk.” I am confident you are seeing your sales decrease at night. Are you aware that this is also homecoming for Albany State University? There were cars in front of us and all of us drove off. We are currently now at Cockoit and you should see the parking lot.
Always fantastic food!! This day a bus full of kids pulled up at lunchtime and not one complaint did I hear from the workers they started clapping and said let’s do this! Got all of the orders taken and our food out as well!! It was exactly right, hot and full of flavor! We go at least once every two weeks beats all the other burger joints
