Hopefully the owner is reading this! What has changed? Your night crew has declined significantly. At night, they always have some type of stipulation. The staff will say, “We are currently not accepting orders for meals. You can only order a burger.” Or “Our shake machine is not working.” Or “We are currently not taking orders through the drive through, you can come in and order at the kiosk.” I am confident you are seeing your sales decrease at night. Are you aware that this is also homecoming for Albany State University? There were cars in front of us and all of us drove off. We are currently now at Cockoit and you should see the parking lot.

Always fantastic food!! This day a bus full of kids pulled up at lunchtime and not one complaint did I hear from the workers they started clapping and said let’s do this! Got all of the orders taken and our food out as well!! It was exactly right, hot and full of flavor! We go at least once every two weeks beats all the other burger joints

The sandwich came out hot with that buttery toasted bread and tangy sauce—it’s one of those comfort foods you can’t go wrong with. Fries were thin and crispy, just the way I like them. The milkshake was thick, creamy, and topped with whipped cream—definitely the highlight of the meal. Service was friendly, though it took a little longer than expected for the food to come out, especially since the dining room wasn’t packed. The restaurant itself was clean, with that retro black-and-white tile look, and the booths were comfortable. Prices are very reasonable, especially with the quality of the shakes. Overall, a solid stop if you’re in the mood for a classic burger-and-shake combo with a little old-school charm.”
