I called ahead for curbside service, arrived at the time I was told it would be ready, parked in the designated parking spot, called them to tell them I was there, and got my ordef exactly as I ordered it! You have great people working at this location!

They don't listen to the order called our. They cuss and complain all the time. The wait time in the drive threw is to long. Even with 1 car of front of is the wait time can be as long as 40 minutes.

Took 45 minutes to get half of our food. No one else ahead of us in the restaurant. Other orders behind us. When we finally received part of our food. They said they had to cook more fries. Instead of serving all of their customers, they were servicing orders through the drive-thru first.

Don’t order from here. They’re lazy, and will just cancel your order if you go through Uber Eats or DoorDash. Won’t answer the phone. Two hours before they close. Wouldn’t trust them to make my food now anyways.

I placed a order on my mobile app. When I went on my lunch break I went to pick up my order it wasn’t ready I waited over 15 minutes before I spoke with the manager Ladarius he said it would be 5 minutes. I waited a additional 20 minutes along with 2 other gentleman who had ordered the same thing as me. They asked how long it would be for them because they had been waiting also, one of them said I’ll come drop the tenders myself?I had to leave and didn’t get my food I told him I would come back after work when I went back he said he had gave me my food which he didn’t so I left with know food and not a refund.I asked him could he look back at tne camera from 815 to 900 he refusedI didn’t want to make this review because he’s young and needs to work but this isn’t fair to meI want my money back and he needs to learn customer service even after the other workers wanted to give me my meal he wouldn’t allow them toDon’t go here while he is working
