Pulled up to the window. no answer. walk in. no greeting. nothing but eye rolling. Didn’t even order. I just walked out. That atmosphere has negative energy all around it… thanks but no thanks!
Why have a open sign on at 10:00am and not be open?? After calling out to the speaker and waiting almost 10 minutes i drove off, and yes there were employees inside. Terrible service . Terrible

No toppings for the subs and the men’s restroom didn’t have soap, so how can the employees or anyone wash their hands after? This place is horrible

The person who rings the food up has no idea how to do it I got charged $20 for a power bowl I put the same order into the mobile app and it can out to be $13 bucks everyone else I was with for lunch was also over charged. Please train your employees

I don't know what changed but the two women that work there need customer service training.
I stood in line for 5+ minutes without her saying a word to me. The lady making the sandwiches glanced at me and then began working on what seemed like an online order. As a food industry worker myself, it's just polite to say something along the lines of "hello, give me one moment please." Or "I need to make an order that's ahead of you, but I'll be with you shortly". She said nothing. Neither did the woman behind her who was cleaning up. They didn't say anything when other people walked in. No greeting, nothing. Just looks. Very poor atmosphere.

Establishment going downhill fast. Went to this subway location for the 1st time in a long time and one of the workers who fixed my sandwich acted like I was an annoyance to her. I have a message for you if you read this whoever you are. If you do not like your job, then let someone who is willing to serve customers more professionally take your position. Will not be returning to this location ever again.
FYI before the renovation of the restaurant, this subway establishment had some of the best workers. Every time I went, I was always greeted and welcomed. Now, this place has changed a whole lot and in a negative way.

The worse costumer service I've ever seen some big guy that works there has an bad attitude don't get mad at me cause you're not having a good day don't like your job then quit
Every subway I've been to make this sandwich different, this was not one of the best, though
