I don't know what changed but the two women that work there need customer service training. I stood in line for 5+ minutes without her saying a word to me. The lady making the sandwiches glanced at me and then began working on what seemed like an online order. As a food industry worker myself, it's just polite to say something along the lines of "hello, give me one moment please." Or "I need to make an order that's ahead of you, but I'll be with you shortly". She said nothing. Neither did the woman behind her who was cleaning up. They didn't say anything when other people walked in. No greeting, nothing. Just looks. Very poor atmosphere.

Establishment going downhill fast. Went to this subway location for the 1st time in a long time and one of the workers who fixed my sandwich acted like I was an annoyance to her. I have a message for you if you read this whoever you are. If you do not like your job, then let someone who is willing to serve customers more professionally take your position. Will not be returning to this location ever again.
FYI before the renovation of the restaurant, this subway establishment had some of the best workers. Every time I went, I was always greeted and welcomed. Now, this place has changed a whole lot and in a negative way.

I was the only customer and had to wait 5 minutes and then ask the person if they will take the order or not.Not a good experience
People want jobs but act as if it’s an inconvenience to work. Walked into this establishment at 8:15 YALL DONT CLOSE UNTIL 10 and wasn’t greeted it was…do you have an online order? No I want to order. This is the 2nd subway I went to within 5 minutes and got HORRIBLE service.
