Employees upbeat and with great personality. Food was good as usual. Cooks spot on....

The customer service was horrible. I was not greeted as I walked in and the employees were not friendly at all. Surprise they had bread because the last few times I went they were out of bread at 11 am.
SERVICE IS VERY SLOW TO MAKE 4 NACHOS WE WAITED ALMOST 30 MINS BEFORE WE GOT OUR ORDER..VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES THE FOOD WAS THREW TOGETHER

Employee was rude & didn’t even speak or acknowledge me when I walked in. As if me coming in as a paying customer was a disruption. Produce looked old and soggy. Lettuce brown. They hardly ever have any inventory & the chip shelves were completely bare. With the constant lack of inventory you’d think they’d at least be friendlier but no.

They had me wait for over 30 minutes and when a male customer came in the woman making our sandwiches preceded to make his order before mine. My sandwich was made so messed up . Anything that I asked for on my sandwich she had an attitude about it . I asked the manager how much my vegan salad was he shoved the receipt in my hand and told me to look at it . I hate that subway I thinknthe

They did not have steak and provolone cheese, customer service lacking professionalism and desire to make a good sandwich.
Ordered on the app. Hubby always gets the Philly. I usually get tuna. Almost as soon as I ordered, my phone rang (mind you, I'm in the grocery store) and they informed me that they were out of steak. Already paid for double steak Philly and now they wanna replace it with chicken. No ma'am, hubby won't eat that. He only likes the steak or meatballs. They're out of meatballs now, too. He ended up getting turkey, ham, and bacon with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. Get home, there's one slice of bacon. I'm just disgusted that I paid for double steak and y'all play stupid games. Maybe learn to prep better and this won't happen. And your app should be able to let customers know if you're out of stock. Subway has gone so far down. I'm not going back, and I'm really thinking about doing a chargeback on my CC.

I ordered from this establishment on tonight through Doordash a woman delivered my food but I opened up my sandwich and found what looks like dark chin hair on my cucumbers very disgusting and disturbing I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN......E.OAKRIDGE SUBWAY

Floor nasty, tables hadn't been cleaned, nozzles on fountain drink machines had black slime on them, will not accept coupons, sloppily made sandwich wrapped up in a paper to hide the fact it was a poorly thrown together mess. Saddest part was my wife and myself were the only customers in the store.

I left because the big man was so rude and to stop Ordering because he was telling me to make a call for order but Im deaf and he made me upset and he told young lady that i wanted 4 footlong sandwiches with his attitude.So i don't have time for that i was leaving and i will not come back till tjat big black man is fired i don't apologize for my family wanted sandwiches. Im feeding my mom and children! He made other customer cut my line and she actually ordered 3 sandwiches? BYE FELICIA
