Today was my second visit to this subway. My first was not right when I got home I had nothing I had order. Today went back thinking they just made order not right. Went to the drive through when you tell them something is wrong they get an attitude . They need training in custom service
The ABSOLUTE WORST experience at Subway. I ordered our food online, get there to pick it up and my food is GONE! They CAN'T remake it and they CAN'T refund my money. What the heck??!?!! They called the manager and she has MORE attitude than ME because I want our food that I PAID for. She says food prices are up and they can't remake food BUT I can come in the morning to pick it up or I can cancel the order through the app(which I didn't use) for a refund. possibly the worst subway ever. made a mobile order and got a phone call 20 min after it was placed. the guy first said they were too busy and then they were out of everything. I get it. I used to run restaurants. so, I asked for a refund. he said just cancel the order... there isn't a way to that. so I went up there. there was one customer.
