Very Rude . I came in to get a sandwich and asked for a little more olives and I was told that I can’t have anymore. The food was not covered, and very rude customer service.

The young lady and the young man that was working at the subway Saturday where great. They had a great attitude and were willing to help however they could. Could not have asked for better service . Even though the circumstances were not great for these two. Their store was out of everything. There were no drinks in the soda michine and your choices we're very limited for your sandwich toppings.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went during lunch. The moment I walked in I was greeted by staff with nasty attitudes. The manager was the worst out of all of them. They were also skimpy on the meats and toppings. The sandwich was not good either. This is the worst Subway that I have ever been to and I have been to many different subways. Never will I go back to this location.

I was here to pick up a delivery it was only two people waiting the mobile order was scheduled to be picked up at 1:12 pm I walk in the young lady with red hair she says “oh I got to make it “very unprofessional I’m currently still waiting on her to fix the order if making sandwiches isn’t your speed find some else to do .. cause apparently she unprofessional and can’t handle the job in fast pace settings! It is now 1:27 and I am still waiting ! Just doesn’t make no sense ! I’m not the one to write reviews but she moves as if she does not care about the job!!!

Tonight this subway disappointed me ,the girl that made my sub and rung me.up was rude and was showing how her laziness to give me what I asked for was ,and then at the end she threw my napkins in the bag to show how I aggravated her by asking her for oil and vinegar in the small black cups instead of trying to give me the small packets for 2 footlongs. This happened on May 22 2024 .People they hire to work in the public around customers should have to go to classes on how to be polite to thier customers. I couldn't catch the name on her tag but she had braids on top of her head with red in the back ...come on subway there has to be more people you can hire instead of the un friendly...

The sandwich was good but the service was not. Took them several minutes to acknowledge I was there and the attitude of everyone was rude. Plus, paid over $10 for a 6" sub with chips and drink - cost has gone way up. Used to eat at this Subway a lot but won't be going back.

My food wasn’t made ride or toasted they gave me old bread and I waited 30 mins for that bad service and drove all the way to Dawson to see what they gave me

Came here after working a 15 hour shift, walked in 4 minutes before closing and stood there unserved and they told me to leave when it hit close time like and acted as if I did something wrong.

Never ever order online, I’ve done it several times and I’ve been disappointed each time. If you don’t go physically during the day then don’t even waste your time. They start cleaning up at 8 and barely wanna take any order after that time. If they do decide to take your order it will be terrible & they’ll all be running around scrambling to clean up to even focus on your order if placed online. Sometimes at 8-8:30 they’ll even have chairs blocking the line so you can’t get in to place an order, this is all very interesting and lazy on their behalf seeing how they’re not even scheduled to close until 10PM. Day Shift: 9/10, Night shift 3.5 / 10

I did an online order they gave my order to wrong person and the Manger told me I had to reorder and pay again. I stated that I didn't come pick up my order. I didn't send nobody to get my order.The young lady had her manger on the phone. She said I can't get my money back and they can not remake the order because the order was made online. The Manger was rude and young lady at wondow. I will go NEVER BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! They need to do better and get some customers service skills.
