I was going to get Chipotle today but my friend mentioned Surcheros had better bowls so I decided to try it. I'm glad I did! The ingredients are super fresh and everything was delicious. Chipotle does load it up more with queso and sour cream though. Surcheros is definitely a healthier option. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I paid $2 extra for queso in my bowl and I only received a small souffle cup of queso. You're better off ordering queso as a side. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my meal. Thank you!

Passing through we hadn't heard of Surcheros and decided to try something different. No regrets, the food was great. We ordered pick up, they were busy. But the entire crew had their hustle going, super friendly, only took a couple extra minutes. We'll definetly be back. Wed. 8/27 crew, nice job.

I just wanted to take a second to thank and praise the staff here! I’m very big on seeing people for the humans they are, and am not oblivious to the fact none of us are perfect. Even with this in mind, I’ve never had a negative experience here and sometimes on a day that wasn’t the best this is literally where I’ll come for comfort food. I’d like to commend specifically Lindsay, Kaylee, Hunter, & the other 2 boys who’re usually on day shift whose names I don’t know :(. (One I do know is in the Albany State band) The worst it’s ever gotten was a long wait time, but again I’m not oblivious to the fact that things literally happen and that’s okay! Even near closing time, I’ve never felt rushed to get in and out of line, and in times I was hesitant to ask for something further, I’ve never gotten a nasty reaction to my request. On the outside looking in it just always seems to me like a bunch of people just trying to get by, and that alone I’d like to send some love their way for!! Thank you for being here <3

Tonight was my very first time ever trying Surcheros and let’s say I will not be back! The workers acted as if they could not follow simple directions. I ordered two burritos and gave the exact directions as to what i wanted on them. The worker continued to not listen and put items on the burritos that I did not ask for . Which made me a paying customer not enjoy my meal. I will not be back.
Empty place with no customers but me and this how much they filled my large cheese dip up to it doesn’t matter to much just hilarious how it’s half full

I used to LOVE this place but the last few times I have been have been disappointing. Gulp hanging from the machine, even the manager said ill when she looked at it, staff attitude is nasty and food portion is smaller with the price being ridiculous, I’ll rather go out of town and eat at another location.

We eat here a few times a month. Today we ordered two steak quesadillas and one had a decent amount of steak. The other had maybe 5 tiny pieces. When I asked the lady to add a few more pieces she preceded to do so and the cashier spoke up and told me there would be an extra steak up charge of $4.59. I pointed out it barely had any steak on it compared to the other one she still insisted that I would be charged $4.59 for extra steak. I’ve never had this issue when the two younger guys are working. The two ladies preparing our quesadillas were pleasant. Not sure if we will back anytime soon.
