Man. How refreshing. Nice place. Clean. Employees seem to appreciate their job. Nice experience man. What a gem here in Albany somehow. Most place go down hill fast. This was my first time trying and loved it. So good.
Only issue is I’m probably gonna have to get double meat every time. But man. So good. Much love from me. Please stay good in this town.

This is my fav spot to eat fresh and light. Lindsay and the manager are the sweetest. They went above give my an even better experience. Honestly I haven't had a bad experience yet. Lobby is clean and the food is always good!

The food and service were fine on an early Saturday evening, but the restaurant was filthy. It looked as though the floor, tables, and booths hadn’t been cleaned. There was trash piled on top of the trash receptacle. It would make me worry about the general kitchen sanitation and the restrooms.

I was going to get Chipotle today but my friend mentioned Surcheros had better bowls so I decided to try it. I'm glad I did! The ingredients are super fresh and everything was delicious. Chipotle does load it up more with queso and sour cream though. Surcheros is definitely a healthier option. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I paid $2 extra for queso in my bowl and I only received a small souffle cup of queso. You're better off ordering queso as a side. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my meal. Thank you!

Passing through we hadn't heard of Surcheros and decided to try something different. No regrets, the food was great. We ordered pick up, they were busy. But the entire crew had their hustle going, super friendly, only took a couple extra minutes. We'll definetly be back. Wed. 8/27 crew, nice job.

Since moving here I’ve been looking for a healthy alternative to fast food and I’d say this is it. I even like it better than chipotle!

I just wanted to take a second to thank and praise the staff here! I’m very big on seeing people for the humans they are, and am not oblivious to the fact none of us are perfect. Even with this in mind, I’ve never had a negative experience here and sometimes on a day that wasn’t the best this is literally where I’ll come for comfort food. I’d like to commend specifically Lindsay, Kaylee, Hunter, & the other 2 boys who’re usually on day shift whose names I don’t know :(. (One I do know is in the Albany State band) The worst it’s ever gotten was a long wait time, but again I’m not oblivious to the fact that things literally happen and that’s okay! Even near closing time, I’ve never felt rushed to get in and out of line, and in times I was hesitant to ask for something further, I’ve never gotten a nasty reaction to my request. On the outside looking in it just always seems to me like a bunch of people just trying to get by, and that alone I’d like to send some love their way for!! Thank you for being here <3
