Food was great, it’s not always fresh but tonight it was. The music was so loud you had to raise your voice to have a conversation. The worst part was we went to leave around 10:30 and the workers were outside at a truck smoking drugs. The entire parking lot was so awfully strong! BLAH!!!!! We watched the worker go back inside and straight behind the counter without even washing hands!!! Scary! We eat here very often and sure hate the workers are doing drugs while on the clock. Def makes you feel uncomfortable. The ladies bathroom always stinks and is never clean and has been out of paper towels for two weeks.

Yesterday i spoke to a staff member at the Drive Thru and explained that the younger staff (a young black girl to be exactt that i saw today but didnt get her name) member told me the cup size changed and the Medium Size cup is the new Large size. It was confirmed that it waa not true and she apologized for what happened and advised this will be addressed. Today i put my order in almost ten before my arrival. There was only on car before me when i arrived. I confirmed my order at the Drive thru prompt. The young lady at the window gave me the properly sized drinks. The Other Staff member that lied about the cup sizes went to the back for a few mins and came back with a strange smile while the other looked shocked. When the Drive thru young lady was given my order she tried to refuse it but the other staff member pushed her to give me my bag. This young lady couldn't even look me in the eyes as she handed off. I do not trust what the young man there did to my food. I did not eat my food. I had a feeling there might be retaliation today. Sadly i can no longer come to this location. 20$ dollars wasted.

This restaurant could teach a master class in customer service. Every single employee here makes every single customer that walks through the door feel like they are part of something bigger. Everyone is greeted with a smile and a warm greeting. Kindness radiates from everyone that works here. Food is delivered with precision and speed, and the food is always amazing. This isn't just the best Taco Bell I've ever been in, but the customer experience makes it the best BUSINESS I've ever walked into. These people need to lead a Customer Service training course, they are so amazing at what they do. They do NOT miss!

I truly had to leave a review before I even left the drive-thru!! This is my second time being waited on by Jasmine and her service is, again, phenomenal!! I rarely ever get great service through a drive-through in this city and she has really changed the game. I hope to God that you get more people like her so we can change the view of service overall for everyone!!!!! Thank you, Jasmine for your top-notch customer service🤩
Best service ever! They have accompanied a full house of our church family many late nights! They service any mistakes made with the orders immediately! The night manager is very patient his crew are well trained in customer Service! Love the Diablo sauce! When will the Ardvark come back?!!

I might these quesadillas getting expensive 🌮😭 other than that they always open late and the bag of mystery meat is usually good if it's warm. I don't blame the workers I be the last customer of the night just want my food or money back thank you employees for dealing with my bs

The lady taking our order seemed to have a hard time focusing on the customers and getting their orders correct because she and another male employee were being flirtatious and making comments outloud while she was taking orders. Not just us buy the customers in front of us and behind us. The talk was not for work place environment at all. I will not be going back to the east Albany taco bell.

I do love the food there, but I don't dine there often. The hard shell tacos are awesome, although the taco meat taste a little dry on the rare occasion, but never usually have any complaints.
Brought 2 burrito supreme both smelled off. Took 1 bite and up it came... Went to counter to get money back and was told NO. There was nothing wrong with burrito....so I asked her to eat the other one but she declined... It had GREEN MOLD!!!!!! Never going back!!!!!
