i had a party if 7, food orders had to get sent back multiple times. food orders were not properly rang in the system correctly. 0/10 worst experience..

This was our first visit. Great atmosphere, we met some nice people. We ordered wings and drinks. We received our drink order but never received our wings. The waitress kept apologizing about the wait and then gave us our check. Everyone around us were receiving their orders. My husband and I decided we were ready to leave. He asked that they remove the wings from the check. The waitress stated they were going to make her pay for the wings. I'm still trying to figure out how that is our fault. As a waitress, she should have checked with the kitchen to find out the hold-up. The manager tried to guilt trip us by stating that we was costing the waitress money. We didn't cost her anything, we never received our order and we shouldn't be expected to pay for their mistake. If it is the policy of the restaurant that the waitress pays when a customer removes something from their ticket which was never received. This is not on us. This is between the waitress and her manager.

Like the other patron - the owner's dismissal of our concerns regarding the quality of the food is why my family will not go back! More importantly, we witnessed a waitress literally brought to tears because of how the owner spoke to her!!! We have to do better. There are so many other options in the Good Life City.

The salmon was overcooked and the broccoli was cold..when made mention to the server she said that it was only two people working. I replied that doesn't mean we get low quality food for the same price as if you were fully staffed. I asked her how rich was the wings only she said minus $4 from what every quantity that I chose. When the hill came, I was charged the full amount for 12 wings and fries. When I questioned the server she said " my bad I assumed it would be minus $4 since that's how much a side of fries cost. So I asked for the fries since I was charged for them, she came back and said o you were charged $1 for the honey and .74 for the lemon pepper. Like you can't just go making up prices along the way. If she wasn't sure when questioned before ordering she should have checked.
Everything was awesome until I got the turkey wings with the feathers on them. Me as well as others at the bar were immediately disgusted. The owner/manager said it’s nothing they can do about that. Never came out to say anything to us. I ordered salmon. The turkey wings were never taken off of our ticket. That’s what I didn’t like about out the experience. It’s different if I said they weren’t good but the turkey wings weren’t cleaned before they cooked. But nonetheless, the service by Gentoria was amazing! The other food was great.

Let's get down to business. I was quite disappointed in the quality of the food. We went on Sunday, I got turkey wings and my fiance got oxtails. The food was cold and under-seasoned. The only thing that tasted good was the dressing.Besides that, their service was excellent.

As soon as I walk in....a girl at the register told me I can't come in her side, and I must go to the other side. I go to the other side and sat at the bar. Nobody said anything to me for 15 minutes. They just kept gossiping about nothing in the corner. I just walked out. !!!
