Until tonight (08/12/23) this was my favorite spot. The manager (male) allowed myself and company to order and pay for a hookah knowing they were about to close which I did not know being that I’ve been in the lounge well past 12am before therefore if it was close to closing I should have been informed. My table DID NOT have the hookah no longer than 30-35 minutes. I was so confident that I asked him to run the cameras back to confirm, he stated “I don’t have to run nothing back we’re closed” I have lost all respect for this establishment and they no longer have my business. This was all around so unfair. He was very rude and could’ve handled the situation better.
