My mother started working at this store, been with the company for 21 years before this unit, she came in for her shift and the front door was locked so she went around back where the door was open. Went inside and made coffee to go drink a cup before she started, just to be locked out by the cook on duty. Needless to say she left and didnt return. The manager did not contact her to see what happened or why she left or of she was okay, nothing. On top of the store being absolutely disgusting because nobody cleans or does their side work on ANY shift. Wouldnt tell my worst enemy to go eat there and if you need a job, don't waste you're time if you're white because they will discriminate against you regardless of how well you do your job.

I almost left when I first got there because none of the tables were clean although the waiter told my friend and I to sit anywhere. Finally someone came and wiped down the table and took our order. This waiter was very pleasant and polite and offered great customer service.
Disappointed because the menu has been so severely limited over the years since my last visit. What happened to steak and eggs?? Waffle House was an American institution, now they are trying to compete with the fast food breakfast places. Get back to your roots please. . .

Worst service ever! Waitress was very rude, obvious she was very pregnant and did not want to be there! Didn’t even ask if we needed a menu, we were ready to order! Got our drink orders and food at same time. Asked for Heinz 57 for Texas cheese steak. Brought us an empty bottle, when I be asked for another oh we ain’t got none.. asked for jelly for my toast and was slung 1 pack on the table. Kept going outside smoking, then beating on glass to get cook to bring her napkins to blow her nose! I personally would not have left her a tip! Awful serviceKid-friendliness: Not at all!
