Just ordered online and had my dad pick it up. I paid for a waffle, a double waffle, a burger and an order of hash browns. They only sent 2 regular waffles. I call to tell them I want credit for my waffle, and there’s no way to speak to anyone over the phone. And on the app there’s no way to customize my burger. My burger was cold too. Y’all need to do better than this.

The oil they use on the eggs and potatoes has a bad aftertaste and is very off putting. The waffles don't have much flavor and werent crispy enough for my taste.

Breakfast is delicious here no matter what time of the day. The hash browns are my favorite when I request them to be crisp on both sides. The service at Waffle House is always the best, even when all the tables are full. The cook sings at this location and he is good. I recommend this Waffle House.
Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu. There are high chairs available. The waitress is delightful with kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair access. The door is wide for the entrance and the bathroom doors are also wide.

The entire staff did a fantastic job, making the late-night visit pleasant and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back often for the excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

The music was so loud it made for a very unpleasant dining experience and the juke box was not playing. I won’t be back! I can’t understand why a business won’t consider their customers dining experience, definitely difficult to carry a conversation.
