Food was really good, the service was excellent but, the ATMOSPHERE was not pretty ! My waitress was excellent. The service was very professional, and yet the other 4 employees seemed, to disagree, and it really looked like, they were bullying her , and ganging up on her . Yes , IN FRONT of CUSTOMERS !

Thank you to Ben for the great customer service and preparing my order exactly how I asked it to be done! I was in town from Chicago visiting my sick Mom and the only thing I wanted to eat was Waffle House! I have been to several in different states but this is one of the few times I got my order made how I requested which is not hard I only ask for well done hash browns all the way through with grilled onions. Well everyone in this location is super nice and it is much appreciated!

We have been to a lot of Waffle House restaurants. This was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. The staff was very friendly. Our server, I believe her name was Qutia was amazing! She was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't have to ask for anything, she anticipated what we needed and just did it. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, great value as well!!
This was without a doubt the best Waffle House we've been to! My husband and I were in Albany for the weekend and decided to stop here before we got back on the road. The energy in this place was electric. The team works so well together. It was like a well oiled machine. We did not have to wait long for our food and more importantly the food tasted amazing! We were greeted when we came in and when we were leaving. The manager went around to each table to ask how everyone was doing, and the music was awesome. Just all around a great way to start our Sunday. We wish this was our home Waffle House!

I have been visiting Waffle Houses for over 35 years and this is the cleanest one I have ever seen. The best experience...friendliest staff..11:11 PM Friday August 1st....this place should be the example for all Waffle Houses!!! Give these 2 employees a raise!!!
Every time I come at night the two people who are working are always sleeping I could have made my own coffee and paid for it by the time they noticed that I was in the store
