Came in here for some takeout and everyone was SO nice! They were patiently training a new employee. This place is very clean and they put up cute decorations for the holidays.

Dissapointed!! Waitress loud and played way too much , cook was in a hurry because he was about to get off...too many issues to name ...just ughh! Manager wasn't phased. I won't be back during that shift!

I was greeted promptly when I walked in. They took my order the food was great. They put three square diner in Dawson Georgia to shame. I will come back to waffle House on ledo road.

Food is great. But could be a little cleaner in the restaurant.
Food was good- service was terrible! Server did not bring menus, spent time visiting with friends and on her phone. Overcharged and only adjusted after being called out. Was charged for to-go fee when we ate in. Was charged a service charge ( no sign was posted that this policy) highly recommended to go to a different Waffle House in town.
My husband and I just got back from being there and the cook not only was slow to cooking the order. Our food came out separately a few mins apart. On top of that we saw the cook lean over and his shirt was all in the food. So went sent the food back and didn’t eat and just left.

The cashier had gloves on and was talking on her cell phone when I walked in. She took my order and assisted with preparing my food.... still wearing the SAME gloves. Um, no... just cancel my order.

Food was not seasoned well or cooked to order. Server was nice, yet after food was delivered our server never came back. She was not in the store. Another server asked if we wanted more coffee when we were finished eating. They were not busy at all. So it should have been exemplary service and it was definitely not.Do better y’all!!

My Sunday routine get waffles at Waffle House. They are always great I smother them in butter and syrup. Staff here always fast and friendly. Porsha always does a great job. Haley of course is my Favorite. She's friendly and very courteous. She stays busy at all times. If she's not waiting on a customer she's wiping things down. Or doing dishes. Very attractive to all her guests. Amy is another winner. She does a great job as well. Staff making everyone food wearing gloves. Another great breakfast at Waffle House on Ledo Road near the Walmart. Thank you girls for always making my visit a great one. Chef Richard
